Superb

The flat is as depicted, very comfortable, clearly newly converted, the shower is particularly lush. Very centrally located, everything clean.

Nothing, really, Merano is wonderful. If I really must say something, there wasn't a dish drainer for when you wash the dishes.

Excellent location, nice, clean and comfortable small flat, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Location is fantastic, right in the middle of the shopping street with all facilities! restaurants, supermarket, close to train station and everywhere in town!

As a minor point; the coffee machine didn't work and no soap in the soap dispenser, so we used the one from the shower dispenser.

Rustic charm in a great location!

This apartment was located in a part of Gubbio that is easy to find and easy to find parking which was right around the corner. It is also accessible to the rest of the city which offers many wonderful restaurants and shops. The apartment is a single room which houses a king sized bed and close to which is a couch and TV and at the end of the room is a small, adequately equipped kitchen. There is almost everything you need there including an ample supply of towels. There is also a small space off the kitchen which is enclosed to provide some fresh air. The washer is located there but we had no need to use it. The apartment was very quiet and there is a small bar across the street and a cafe about a block away. We shopped at the local Coop which we reached by car. We were greeted by a very pleasant young woman, Federica, who is the daughter-in-law of the owner. She was helpful and answered all the questions we had. Since we were there for the Festa dei Ceri, we were concerned about parking availability. She helped us find a spot that was great and close to the apartment. The best that I can say is that we would return here in a heartbeat!

There really isn’t anything negative to say about the apartment. It is adequate and charming! The bathroom is a little odd in configuration but everything works and there is room to put your cosmetics and personal items, which some apartments lack. If you like a little funk, you will love this place. It is not modern but makes up for that by having all that you need in a very accessible, pleasant neighborhood. The guys in bar across the street are very welcoming also.
