The hotel could not be better, it was really clean, the furniture room is all new and has everything needed, including a small fridge. The terrace has a table with chairs and the beds are highly comfortable. I also appreciate the breakfast, with bougatsa to try. The position is good because it is 5 minutes away by car from supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It has quite a big swimming pool and the area is chill. The staff is very kind and always available. There is parking and a gym, and for the spa we asked at the last moment and they prepared it in 20 minutes, it was perfect We will be back for sure!

The bed was comfy. Pool looked like fun for families with kids if you have the money for the place.

Breakfast is good if you only want cold foods. Eggs and other hot items are stone cold. The shower drain was clogged. The rooms are overpriced.

We were unable to use our oven because we didn’t book a room with access but we didn’t know that until we got there.

Good value for the money

- the complex is quiet - the pool - the breakfast was served at a very nice place - free parking

- the cleaning ladies have forgotten to clean the cupboard - they changed the room we've booked - we were next to the pool and we have to be with curtains all the time - the bathroom cabin doesn't close correctly and all the bathroom get wet

Everything was very good and to a high standard. Very comfortable rooms.

Not been able to charge any food or drink to the room. Annoying having to pay separately. A great pity it is not open during November.

Superb

The place is really good, feels like brand new and also is very clean. Outside are 4-5 big car parkings, you got also a swimming pool, spa, gym. The staff is positive and welcoming, very nice people indeed. Breakfast was absolutely good and fresh and tasty. Right across the street is the camping zone, which is huge, and in front of it is the beach ⛱️

The hotel is in the Riviera side of Asprovalta. This means that it's little outside (~2 km) the main village where you got all the restaurant and bars and fun places so the best option is to go there by car because there's only one road that takes you there and all the traffic is on it and there's no sidewalk for pedestrians.

The umbrellas and sunbeds are fixed and there is not enough shadow when you want to use them. But its not such a big issue.

Great place, grossly oversold location and services could be better

You get what you see in the pictures exactly. Nice and clean rooms, that were kept clean trough our stay, modern bathroom, comfortable beds . The pool was nice and clean too.

The location is over-promoted in the description. Don’t even think about going there without a car. The sea is only close in a straight line but access is blocked by a closed camping site that you have to circle around to get to the beach. There are no shops no restaurant nothing in walking distance. The whole area makes you think you are in the wrong place when approaching it for the first time. Location is a given but I think it could have been described in a more trough full way. Services could do with an improvement too drinks were brought out late, toilet paper was not replaced etc. Breakfast was the exact same every morning served by staff as sometimes large queues with no distancing formed, so I don’t think it met it’s purpose.

Lovely staff, friendly and engaging, beautiful rooms and decor, really lovely communal areas such as dining room and pool. Well worth what we paid.

The location is not in the main town, we knew this before we booked and it was fine as we had the car (less than 10 mins drive to asprovalta centre). If you don’t bring your car factor in taxi costs if you want to go to the town for shops and restaurants. The only other thing is in our room was a door stop in the middle and we both stubbed our feet on it as you can’t see it if the lights are off in the night. I don’t think it’s essential and should be removed.

Tolle Unterkunft, die sein Geld absolut wert ist.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, kleines Hotel mit ausreichend kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Ein Auto ist sinnvoll, zur nächsten Stadt Asprovalta sind es ca 2,5 km. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und überaus freundlich. Aufgrund von freien Kapazitäten war ein Late-Check-out von 3 Stunden nach der eigentlichen Zeit sogar kostenfrei möglich. Das Frühstück war ganz gut, etwas über griechischer Standard

Das Zimmer war einigermaßen eng. Als dicker Mensch kam ich auf einer Seite gegen den Schrank, um mich ins Bett fallen zu lassen. Das Badezimmer ist ähnlich und etwas verkakalt. Insgesamt aber völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. 3 Euro Leihgebühr für poolhandtücher fand ich einigermaßen unglücklich
