Good but warm.

Good staff, (very) clean room, we could check in 2hrs early for free as the room was ready.

It was too warm in the room, hall, and the entire hotel. No way to cool the room down either, as the entire hotel was at least 23 degrees, in the winter. They said they couldn’t change it, that it was an automated system. But an automated system should be changed to automatically make it like 21 degrees, or some temperature that every other hotel somehow manages to configure fine :). Small rant, but besides the temperature everything was perfect.

Decent visit to Paris on a budget

Located within the city, and at a prime location, the hotel offer decent storage facilities. Clean rooms as well as common washrooms, which are always a great bonus.

WiFi speed was on the lower side. Since I was staying in the studio rooms without washrooms, what I felt is that the ventilation wasn't that ideal.

Fine, absolutely acceptable place to stay for a few nights.

However, quite dark, not cozy, not soundproofed. Note that breakfast has no hot or heat-treated food, just bread-cheese-ham-croissants-cereal in a few options.

Great location. Most of the place were within 5 miles. We upgraded to private room as the other room had a shared bathroom between 10 rooms

I’m glad I chose this hotel — it was a great stay.

Very polite staff, clean room, and great value for money. Thank you for your kind understanding — we checked out a bit late and no one said a word. The view from the window was of a park with a cemetery, which we actually liked because it was quiet and peaceful. There was a fridge downstairs with pasta and various food, which was very helpful for a late check-in.

The shower and toilet are shared — it depends on the room, some are closer, some a bit farther. Ours was close, and there was never anyone there — no queues, always clean and empty.

Small and easy for short stay

The location was ok, it was situated not too far from a metro station which brought us to different sites such as the Eiffel Tower etc. The style was modern and the vending machine down stairs was very handy.

The pictures advertised are a little deceiving and they are tiny rooms. The room was sufficient for our stay but any longer is difficult. There is no storage space and I didn’t fit in the bathroom properly (I’m 6ft 3) The only negative about reception was one singular receptionists who was there on our arrival. He was very rude and unwelcoming. The rest of the people at reception throughout the stay were very friendly and polite.

In addition, the heating in the room does not work like the hair dryers. The hotel staff rents other hair dryers, but there were not enough for us. Various school trips stopped at the hotel throughout our stay, which were accompanied by nightly running around the corridor and screaming and kicking at the walls

Bathroom was really small. I’m 1.87m and they should not have added the toilet next to the shower and sink. Or make a toilet in the other room. Instead of the second door to go out. Thats a big space for improvement. They could easily make the bathroom twice as big if they remove door to go outside. Breakfast is also rather easy add some eggs with bacon and it improved allot

Would recommend to friends

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, it was quiet at night although the room was near the shared showering rooms. The shared showering rooms and toilets were clean, we did not have any issues there. The location of the hotel is about 7 min walk from the tube station, there are 2 grocery stores and bakery nearby the tube station. Comfortable travel to central Paris. Would stay there again and recommend to friends! The price is very good and although basic, you can have a restful night and enjoy Paris!

Overall it was all fine. Just these few things we did not know before staying there. We stayed for 4 nights, the garbage got full and noone took it out until we had left on the fifth day. There is no electrical water can in the room. First morning we payed for breakfast, but it was all sweet - bread, jams, chocolate spread, cereal - no savory options. We did not pay for it again, just got something from the shop or ate breakfast out.

Good location for a somewhat cheap price, but could be better cleaned.

Ease of access, the beds where good enough and the price is fair for the location, which is really close to the Parc of Expositions. The sidecar room (without a private bathroom) was fairly big enough for two.

The floors could have been better cleaned, when we lifted our bags it picked up a lot of hair from previous vacancies and big chunks of dust under it. There also was strains on the sink. Shared bathrooms and showers could be renovated as some of them show cracks. Showers could have the water flow a little bit longer like 30 seconds, I had to press the pump every 5-10 seconds.

Breakfasts were awful. Very bad coffee, no plates (only plastic trays, was I supposed to put food directly on it?!). Room (cabrio room) is tiny, there isn't even a shelf to put clothes on. There is a club downstairs and it's pretty loud at night. Very bad location, no subway nearby.
