They are very welcoming and even helped us safely keep our luggage in the locker room before check-in and even after checkout times. Which helped us a lot of not worrying about our bags.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and polite throughout our visit. They kindly accommodated my request for an upgrade to a Cabrio room, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We actually wanted to extend our stay for one more night, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. Even so, they were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage while we spent the day at Disneyland and returned later to collect it.
I am very happy with our experience and feel that choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made during our trip. The location is also convenient, with Porte d’Orléans Metro station only about a 10–12 minute walk away.
Highly recommended!
No toilet tissue but I brought my own every time I am traveling so it's not an issue for me

Rooms are very Hot and not suitable for hot weather day.

The showers and toilets were clean and they also have a small terace where u can relax
The area was awful and I don’t recomand it for female travelers!!! i saw people getting arrested and doing dr*gs, I didn t felt safe at all! They also don t provide iron at the hostel
