The location was excellent, even with a view of the basilica. Staff was very nice, easy check in, clean room (walls need painting),

The Guesthouse is very beautiful & the check-in was very smooth & the lady was very kind & courteous. The location is excellent & very close to the Vatican & very close to a public parking & to a delicious ice cream shop at the entry. Our lovely room had great amenities & a very comfortable bed, silent & efficient AC, no outside noise from the street, beautiful view of Saint Peter’s Cathedral & excellent shower with very hot water. The free Cappuccino was delicious. All the amazing owners are very professional & have exceptional customer service skills; whereby, they were always smiling & willing to do whatever it takes to make our stay truly memorable. Thank you so much for everything & we will surely be back.

The location is only a 5 min walk to St Peter's Square and to the Ottaviano Metro station in the other direction. We could see the Basilica's dome from our room. We were warmly welcomed by the manager Cynthia. The room was superb and the beds very comfortable. Our room was very quiet (despite overlooking the road and a busy line of restaurants nearby). The entire experience was brilliant and we will definitely come back and stay.

Location! The guest house is located directly across the street from Vatican - which made our Vatican visit so convenient- and convenient to transportation, restaurants . We could see the dome from our window. Roomy, bright and clean, Beds comfortable. Accommodated our family with each having our own bed. Within secured courtyard access.
