Great location outside Vatican City wall. Greatly appreciated the elevator and air conditioning in the 38C heatwave! Having private bathroom was also a bonus! Quiet spot and great security with gelateria next door. Fabulous hosts who communicate clearly and are available on site if needed.
Shower screen missing and crack in bath floor needs repair. Bar fridge struggled with keeping medications cold. Side tables are beautiful but need more stable securing to wall to not tip sideways. The location was excellent, even with a view of the basilica. Staff was very nice, easy check in, clean room (walls need painting),

The Guesthouse is very beautiful & the check-in was very smooth & the lady was very kind & courteous. The location is excellent & very close to the Vatican & very close to a public parking & to a delicious ice cream shop at the entry. Our lovely room had great amenities & a very comfortable bed, silent & efficient AC, no outside noise from the street, beautiful view of Saint Peter’s Cathedral & excellent shower with very hot water. The free Cappuccino was delicious. All the amazing owners are very professional & have exceptional customer service skills; whereby, they were always smiling & willing to do whatever it takes to make our stay truly memorable. Thank you so much for everything & we will surely be back.

The location is only a 5 min walk to St Peter's Square and to the Ottaviano Metro station in the other direction. We could see the Basilica's dome from our room. We were warmly welcomed by the manager Cynthia. The room was superb and the beds very comfortable. Our room was very quiet (despite overlooking the road and a busy line of restaurants nearby). The entire experience was brilliant and we will definitely come back and stay.
