The location was great, it felt very safe. Everything was very clean and nice! Luigi who helped us was lovely and very helpful. Recommend!

It wasn’t very sound proof within the building, so you could hear the other guests loud and clear.

The good thing about this place is that it is right across the street from the beginning of the (long)line to enter the Vatican museum. I had to be there early in the morning, as is often the case with tickets to the Vatican museum, and Roma charming rooms is very convenient for that.

The room is small, and not very well organized. For instance there is no chair to sit at the desk. There is no wardrobe for your clothes, just 3 hangers which btw do not seem very clean. Bathroom: the sink is not firmly attached to its base (a simple plank in this specific case), same with the faucet. On top of this, the rooms are in a rather narrow corridor, and are very noisy when people leave in the morning to go to the Vatican. No breakfast is provided - but there are cafés and restaurants in the area, so that it is a minor inconvenience.
