Great value for money

Great value for the money, the food was amazing, very clean, excellent spa center, very polite staff. It’s peaceful and quiet, 7-10 minutes drive to Pamporovo ski center. If you don’t expect 5* resort, you’ll have a great time.

The shower cabin in my bedroom was missing a door, and water splashed all over and although the water pressure was great, the shower had was small and cheap, it didn’t let enough water trough so the shower took a long time.

Generally good place to stay, but probably poor management.

Location and the treat by the chef that prepared me a good breakfast

I had a problem with the lock of my door. It could not lock and the facility manager was not interested in solving my problem. He could easily change my room for another one as the whole hotel was empty but he did not want to do that and he left me stay in a non-locked room. I had to bring my high valued stuff with me the whole time.

I looked up in the restaurant and almost all the light fixtures well full of dead bugs. I cannot forget it. The room had a huge burn hole in the carpet and only one lumpy pillow.

The hotel is located in a beautiful mountain area 5-6 km away from the ski slopes of Pamplovo. The hotel is newly renovated and belongs to a cooperative. The room is small but comfortable and warm. Breakfast is quite varied and the staff is friendly. Even if not all of them speak English they try to help. Lunch and dinner are available. I recommend a traditional Rhodopi dish "Patatnik" a very good combination of potatoes, onions, eggs, cheese and butter. The food is served hot and cold yoghurt can be added. The hotel has a spa area with swimming pool, sauna, etc.

Nice location, average staff and spa

The location is great if you want to feel that you are among nature and don't need to experience the skiing buzz around Pamporovo. The breakfast was quite nice with multiple options and the food was of high quality. Some of the staff was really helpful, others were quite the opposite.

I had booked a studio for myself and my kids but there was absolutely no internet there and I really needed internet as I had to complete some assignments after the kids go to sleep. They had to move me to a double room, which was small for the three of us but manageable and they included free breakfast for the two days we were there. Their spa area was exceptionally cold. I understand that there's no need to run the sauna and steam bath unless someone requests them, but it would have been nice if the common areas between the bath, sauna, and swimming pool were heated. The kids were frozen. I think the most disappointing moment for me was when I requested an extra small towel for the kids and was refused one. Finally, at some point, the fire alarm went off and I ran down to ask what was happening (I'm extra careful as I was alone with two small kids). The man at the reception annoyingly told me that the alarm should be fixed soon and I should just chill out.

Good

- Located just along the road to Bulgaria's only astronomical observatory. - Forests and sheep around it with good hiking possibilities. - The breakfast was cozy, despite being limited in choice, still had the basics. - Staff were really friendly. - Parking was good. Easy to find.

- The douche cabin was missing a door. - We wrote in the requests that we expect an extra bed, especially after the hotel canceled our 1st booking for a larger (triple) room. We also called the hotel to be sure that they would provide an extra bed. As we arrived late evening, there was no extra bed in the room. - The toilet stopped working shortly after arriving, so we used the toilets near the restaurant.

Cold night and no pool

Nice calm place with beautiful nature around. Isolated if you like it. Big complex.

Booked it for the pool but it was no working. Had to drive 1 hour to Smolian and back instead of being in the pool. Temperatures dropped in the night and the room had no heating. I had to sleep with my jacket on.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Er was niet echt iets heel goed, maar de kamer & de douche warmden wel goed op.

Bruin/geel water in toilet & uit de kraan, wij gebruikten altijd flessenwater om onze tanden te poetsen. Schimmel aan de muren in de kamer, alsook heel wat vuiligheid tussen de bedden. Het zwembad was voor ons echt “horror”, schimmel aan de muren, alsook schimmelvorming op de ligbedjes. Door de vochtdruppels die van het plafond naar beneden vielen, was het echt niet aangenaam in deze ruimte te vertoeven. De stoomcabine had een rare geur waardoor je er niet in kon blijven zitten. Het eten werd al een hele tijd vooraleer het opende klaargezet, waardoor het koud/lauw geserveerd werd. Ook werd er niet snel genoeg bijgevuld, als er nog 1 sandwich ligt & er komt een groep van 6 man binnen, verwacht je wel dat deze direct worden bijgevuld. Verder was de smaak van het eten maar flauwtjes, dit zouden we zeker niet meer opnieuw erbij nemen gezien je voor een redelijke prijs ook in een restaurant kan gaan eten (lees: €15/persoon (zonder alcohol)).

Расположите легко найти природа вокруг вид из окон. Тепла в номере что для меня очень важно. Бассейн, баня так как вокруг ничего нету то для проведения досуга это большой плюс. Соотношение цена и качество удовлетворительно. Вежливый персонал!

Не понравилось что в отеле где есть бассейн и сауна тапочки и халат нужно покупать отдельно и когда ты не знаешь языка то это составляет некоторые неудобства, я считаю что они должны быть укомплектованы в номере для меня это минус. В душе отсутствует дверь в кабинке. В холодильнике лежала чья-то еда это значит что до нас его плохо прибрали. Завтрак, Я по описанию поняла что входит а по итогу мы его оплачивали дополнительно, ну это пол беды но когда администратор приходил и делал замечание зачем мы так много берем еды это уже переходит за рамки приличия так как выбор шведского стола был слишком скромный. 2 вида колбосы, а яичницы было на блюде максимум для одной персоны и подносили ее опять на одного человека. Сыра так вообще не было практически… Ну можно конечно много чего написать….

Соотношение цена-качество. Парковка. Тепло, чисто. Игровая комната. Красивый стеклянный лифт.

Зелёный бассейн с сильным запахом хлорки. Долгий чек-ин. Во включенном позднем отъезде отказано.

La piscina y el trato de los camareros. Si te gusta ver las estrellas y el cielo está despejado es un sitio perfecto. De hecho hay un observatorio astronómico cerca

La lentitud del check in. Una de las dos habitaciones tenia la mampara de la ducha sin una de las puertas. La comida, si bien había mucha variedad, es mejorable. Una nevera no enfriaba.

Хотела има прекрасно местоположение,стаите са просторни .Спа центъра е приятен , храната в ресторанта е вкусна.

Обявено е , че в стаите има мини хладилник , но този мини хладилник не работи .При запитване на рецепция за смяна ни казаха , че всички са развалени .В разгара на лятото не е приятно да няма къде да си охладиш водата. Това е забележката ми.

Чудесно място сред планината

Приятно място сред планината. Пътя дотам, макар и с доста завои, е в много добро състояние. Персонала бе чудесен - изключително отзивчив. Басейна е много хубав. Добър размер. Има и сауна, и парна баня. Тенис и билярд, и вероятно други удобства на които не съм обърнал достатъчно внимание. Вероятно отдалечеността му от Пампорово и цените обуславя това, че не е много натоварен, което е добре ако търсите място на което и да си починете. Чистотата в хотела е много по-добра от по-посещаеми хотели. Близостта му до обсерватория Рожен (5 км) го прави още по-добро място за пренощуване,

Паркинга изглежда доста малък. Построили са "ледена" пързалка, която не работеше, но съкращава мястото за паркинг много с около 30%), макар че, изглежда безпроблемно паркирането до външната стена на хотела. Банята, макар, че изглеждаше да не е захабена беше с липсваща половин врата на душ-кабината. Хладилничето почти хич не охлаждаше (не вършеше никаква работа) и предполагам затова миришеше зле. Забелязах, че нямаше комарници на прозорците и не зная колко комари има лятно време, но да си на планина и да не можеш да си отвориш прозореца, не си е работа. Предполагам, да затопляш басейн, когато няма минерална вода е доста скъпо и затова цените на нощувка са по-големи от други хотели с подобни условия.
