The hotel was very clean and well put together. The decoration was lovely and the staff were so friendly. The restaurant had wonderful food and the swimming pool was great.

The place was quiet. The location was good with a nice view. Wireless connection was good and stable, the air conditioner was working fine. the pool was clean, maybe because we were only the people in the hotel I can not say. the allowed us to have our puppy with us.
It was hard to get to the hotel because the road was broken with many holes. We had to park on the road which was not very safe wherein the advert it says that the hotel has private parking. We prepaid the stay but when we have arrived they said we have to pay as the payment has been not made. It took us an hour of conversations to persuade them that the payment has been made online, obviously, they do not know how the online payments work. That was an inconvenient and frustrating first experience on arrival. They did not clean the rooms or change the towels during the stay even once. There was only one power socket in the room, so they had to bring an extension so we can put our chargers... haven't seen anything like this before. There is no local store nearby where you can buy food or anything else, the bar in the hotel was with a few things only: coffee, 2 types of Bulgarian beer and 2-3 type of juices. Very small choice. There was no restaurant in the hotel.
