The way to get the room was treble . Yue are hear all the other rooms . The breakfast was disaster . I dont no who give them 9.6 marks from booking.

It would have nice to know earlier that check in is until 20

The shower was great, the bed was very comfortable, it was very clean

We arrived at 20:25 after a very long day, there was nobody in the reception and apparently they worked until 20 (it wasn't written on booking!!!) And it's non refundable too! In the end they come and it was fine, but they are open just until 20.

A gem on the hill

Incredible place - the view, the garden and the children’s facilities, the staff, all were amazing! The breakfast was delicious. It is quiet and one can really enjoy their holiday. Yuleto was amazing! The lady at the reception (probably the manager, sorry we didn’t get your name) was really nice and patient with us answering to all our questions and accommodating our needs. We will definitely return to this place next time we are in Devin.

The view from the room. Clean and comfy bed. Charger for the electric vehicle. Tasty breakfast (you need to chise obe option out of three suggestions)

If you are not traveling by car, might be a bit difficult to get to the place, it's a bit far from Devin city center, up the hill. The room was a bit small for the family with 2 kids

Clean and spacious room. Enough towels and toiletries for everyone. A hotel with central heating, it was very nice to come to a warm room in the evening. Breakfast can be chosen at will from the proposed menu. The portions are big and tasty.

A very nice hotel, rooms are big and very clean, staff is super friendly. the view from the terrace is great, and the yard has loads of space for kids to run and play.

Situated far from any amenities, so to get dinner or go out for a bit you must take a car. the food in the restaurant is not great, neither for breakfast or dinner.. so staying in wasn't the best option...

Exceptional

The location is unbelievable - one could just sit and watch the surrounding mountains for hours. The overall hotel decoration was also very well-suited, with beautiful flowers and lounge chairs, and spotless cleanliness everywhere - rooms, common spaces, dishware. The breakfast options were limited, but filling enough, the staff was friendly and nice. Although we stayed only overnight, it was an amazing experience and we'd gladly stay there again.

Not that it was too great an issue, but the shower head stand was broken. Truly, a minor inconvenience compared to all other comforts provided.
