Briars Hall Hotel

We were privileged to have room 227 which wasn’t just a room it was more like your own lodge ! Very spacious with great facilities. Car park very large so no issues parking. Had an evening meal which had something for everyone at good prices. Great customer service in reception and the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were staying close to my son while he did his Duke of Edinburgh (he was nervous) and it was a perfect location. On Saturday we visited the near by Ormskirk market and town which was ideally located and much bigger than we thought. On Sunday we visited Warbreck Garden Centre down the road. Well worth a visit. Overall I would highly recommend Briars Hall Hotel for a stay.

A very comfortable venue. Room and bathroom exceptionally clean. Catering was of a very good standard and staff attentative to all of our needs.

There wasn't anything that was too dislike.

The room was very basic but was very clean the staff were really good when you could find one ,great breakfast,but in total the whole thing was not worth £130 we paid .

I have stayed at better hotels for less

Very friendly staff and breakfast was good, especially for vegetarians. Price was good value for money

The rooms, particularly the bathroom, looked a little tired and not completely clean
