The rooms were clean and comfy. Staff is kind. The views from deck were lovely. Clean practical common kitchen. Free coffee. For the price this place cannot be beat.

We do have to give them points for going out of their way to get a hat my son forgot on a tour bus we booked through them. The hotel stay was pleasant enough, we were not there longer than 2 days, but the room was comfy, the kids loved the bunkbed. the room was a bit small for a family of four with 3 large suitcases, but that was not a deal breaker.

The hotel should change their booking photo as the main road that should be in front is now under water from the lagoon. It is deceiving and until after booking were we informed that the bridge was under repair and no easy access to the hotel. And even then until you get there do you realize the inconvenience of this. The only way to get there was by a 10 min boat ride or a 30 minute walk across the broken bridge to the hotel; however, once on the island to get back to the mainland was difficult. The staff were not helpful when we needed to find transport to the airport at 5 in the morning. knowing the bridge is under repair and not open to vehicular traffic, they should have boat contacts or agreement with boat owners to get to the mainland. At 5 am we had to walk 30 minutes from the hotel to the mainland, with 4 large suitcases. (kids were wiped by the time we were able to find a taxi to take us to the airport.
