Location is excellent, close to the bus stop and restaurants. Owner is helpful, breakfast is provided though access to coffee is just a cup per guest.
No air-conditioning in my room, just a fan for each bed. Shower had to be taken on the ground floor when my room is located one floor up.

Well located and cheap accommodation with a kitchen
It’s barely possible to use the roof terrace as it’s so dangerous with loose floorboards and in need of repair with no comfortable furniture. Our room was adjoining the road without any windows - just shutters, was very noisy and one was broken. The kitchen felt old and outdated. There were only two bathrooms between the whole building so we often had to wait.
