Very good contact with the owner. Check-in and Check-out time are very flexible. Apartment is huge. 5 min walking distance from NSO. Very well equipped: multiple towels, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, umbrella Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, cookware and utensils Additionally, in the attic there is a small room with a cot for a child. Unforgettable views to mountains from balcony.

Apartment is on the third floor, accessible by stairs. Problematic for people with limited mobility. If you are coming on Sunday, most of the shops and supermarkets will be closed according local regulations.

Barbara and her husband are excellent hosts. They go above and beyond what one would expect and are extremely hospitable. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, has breath-taking views, and is a 5 minute walk to the NSO and a short walk to the centre of Oberammergau. Many attractions can be accessed by public transportation. To Barbara and Ferri (sp), thank you very much and I hope to see you again during my next trip to Oberammergau. Tolle Woche in netter Umgebung!

Wohnung Im Erdgeschoss, von daher gut für gehbehinderte Besucher. Es muss nur eine Stufe überwunden werden. Ebenerdige Dusche mit Duschhocker und Handgriff. Alles in der Wohnung was man gebrauchen könnte - bis hin zu Spielen, Wärmflasche, Fön, .... Nette Gastgeberin - und - ein absolutes Highlight, die KönigsCard. Mit dieser bekommt man bei vielen Bergbahnen, Museen, Schifffahrten, .... kostenlosen oder vergünstigten Eintritt und durch den Prospekt dazu kommt man auf jede Menge neue Ideen!

Der hintere Teil der Wohnung liegt im Souterrain, von daher kommt nicht viel Licht in ein Bad und ein Schlafzimmer.

de accommodatie ligt buiten het centrum van Oberammergau (25min wandelen) en een pittige wandeling op de terugkeer als men het niet gewoon is om te wandelen.

Traumhaftes Haus 🏡🏠

🇩🇪 Das Haus selbst sieht hübsch und gemütlich aus, die Ferienwohnung ist genug groß und gut aufgeteilt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Küche und entsprechenden Elektrogeräten gut ausgestattet. Persönlich hat uns die Einrichtung gut gefallen. Der Blick zu den Gebirgen vom Balkon aus ist einfach traumhaft und grandios. Der Standort ist nicht zentral aber dient zum einem guten Startpunkt für Wanderung bis zum Laber bzw. durch die Seilbahn Laber Bergbahn, da sich die Station in der Nähe befindet. Die Ortsmitte Oberammergau ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar oder mit dem Bus, der nach sogar nach Ettal und Garmisch Partenkirchen fährt. Die Gäste bekommen als Gegenleistung von der Kurtaxe das sogenannte Königscard, indem man viele Attraktionen gebührfrei oder mit starkem Rabatt erleben und genießen kann (Laber Bergbahn, Partnachklamm bei G. Partenkirchen, lokale Saunen/Therme usw). Die Vermieterin, Frau Barbara ist für die Gäste immer aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. --- 🇬🇧 The house looks very nice and cosy, the apartment is very well furnished with corresponding appliances in the kitchen, from the terrace the view over the mountains is simply stunning. The location is not central in Oberammergau but in revenge offers the possibility to starting excursion to the Laber through the cable-car. On top, one can reach the city centre of Oberammergau by bus which runs to Garmisch Partenkirchen and Ettal or by walk in around 15 minutes. The guests can use the buses for free thanks to the Königscard which is included in the city tax. The same card offers the possibility to enjoy several attractions for free or well discounted (e.g. cable car to Laber, waterfall and gorges Partnachklamm in Garmisch Partenkirchen, sauna and thermal baths etc) The landlord Mrs. Barbara is always willing to help the guests

🇩🇪 Aufgrund der unregelmäßigen Formen von Balkontür und Fenster im Schlafzimmer fehlen Rolläden zur Verdunklung. Eine alternative Lösung wäre ideal, damit die Gäste gut schlafen könnten. 🇬🇧 In the bedroom there's currently no darkening system due to the window shape, maybe an alternative solution should be explored, such that the guests can better sleep

Przestronne i ciche miejsce, w pełni wyposażone i zlokalizowane na uboczu

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką, elastyczne i ciepłe podejście do gości. Właścicielka mieszka na środkowym piętrze, więc zawsze można z nią się bezpośrednio skontaktować. Nie było również żadnym problem by zostać nieco dłużej niż oficjalna godzina wymeldowania z powodu siły wyższej. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste i zawiera wszelkie niezbędne wyposażenie zarówno w kuchni jak i w schowku zawierającym ręczniki, odkurzacz, żelazko, deskę do prasowania, a nawet parasolkę i szampon oraz inne kosmetyki dla zapominalskich. Dodatkowo na poddaszu znajduje się malutki pokoik z łóżeczkiem dla dziecka. Odległość do szkoły: 7 min, odległość do Lidla 25 min. Świetne miejsce wypadowe na wycieczki górskie i bardzo cicha okolica by po nich w spokoju odpocząć. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócę, gdyż warunki były doskonałe :D
