Warm and comfortable apartment when ambient temperatures were sub zero.

Lovely warm and comfortable apartment in a location convenient for buses and a short walk from town centre. Very generous host who met us at the railway station and provided well stocked fridge and larder to cover for the first days of our stay. Television and WiFi available.

Mrs Ingrid is a simply extraordinary host in every sense. She warmly welcomed me and made my stay very comfortable and relaxing. Her apartment is very well maintained and has everything you need for living. I felt at home! I will choose it again in the future and I strongly recommend it to any guest.

Wonderful stay!

Ingrid is a very kind person. You feel at home as soon as you arrive in your appartment. She puts some food in the fridge for you so you can make your first breakfast. The appartment is very well equipped, comfortable with an amazing view to the mountains. The city center is at 15 min walk, so is the NSO too, and some hiking circuits start just next to the appartment. If you have the opportunity, drive to the Eibsee (40min) and take the cable car to the Zugspitze, outstanding experience!

The road on the bedrooms side gets busy quite early in the morning.

Ingrid is great! She makes you feel very much at home and is an excellent host. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large for what you pay and have everything you need including a kitchen space.

All around wonderful!

Ingrid runs a wonderful B&B and is the most genuine gracious host. I immediately felt at home! Amazing views of the surrounding mountains from the property. And the breakfast and treats were very thoughtful.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Ingrid's place. We had a very very warm welcome and were surprised by the food and beverages waiting for us. Ingrid is an amazing host, a very charming and sweet lady! The place is super comfortable. We felt like we just came to visit a family member, and it was really sad to say goodbye. But we will definitely come back! Ingrid, warm regards from Kraków! :)

Perfect apartment, delightful host

The host had stocked the kitchen with lots of essentials, lots of info about the area. She was there to greet us and was simply delightful. She had even put up a little Christmas tree for us. The apartment was charming and exactly what we needed - warm, clean, plenty of storage, easy access and parking. I would certainly recommend.

Absolut hervorragende, sehr herzlich, sehr sauber, tolle Lage, typisch Bayern.

Es handelt sich um eine Ferienwohnung, daher waren wir für das Frühstück selber verantwortlich. Unsere Vermieterin hatte jedoch für den ersten Tag bereits Brot, Butter, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Saft, Milch, Kaffee, Tee und zusätzlich Bier besorgt und für uns Bereitgestellt ohne dies zu berechnen. Die Wohnung selber war im typisch bayrischem Still, genau was wir gesucht und erwartet hatten. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die große Herzlichkeit der Vermieterin die mit guten Tipps und Ratschlägen für Ausflüge hilfreich zur Seite stand.

Der Fernsehempfang könnte besser sein.

Es war an alles gedacht und alles was man brauchen könnte war vorhanden. Man hat sich von Anfang bis zur Abreise als herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist ein sehr gastfreundlicher, liebenswerter Mensch.

Do cuidado posto pela D. Ingrid, o amor em pessoa, que se demonstrou sempre disponível para tudo. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa e teve o cuidado de pensar nas necessidades dos hóspedes a todo o momento.
