Daniela is the lovely lady that hosted us. The room is super clean and we really appreciated that. Our room was getting cleaned every day. The localisation is great near the subway station Manzoni. 15 min walk from Termini station (or two subway stops), 20 min walk to the coliseum. Grocery store just downstairs.
Thin walls. We ear everything going on in the apartment. There are 2 other rooms and 1 small kitchen. People are not respectful and make noise until late. Maybe some rules about hours inside the flat? Also, the noise outside when the store receives deliveries is no rest, it feels like the truck is inside the room.

I am very satisfied with my stay at this facility. The room is small, but cozy, clean and nicely furnished. It has everything you need, even blinds on the window. The bathroom is well maintained, everything works, and the room is cleaned every morning. The building in which the facility is located has a nice lobby and is in close proximity to the metro. The facility manager is very professional, and the lady who maintains hygiene is pleasant. All recommendations for this facility.
The only thing missing in my opinion is a stove in the kitchen, which is shared by all guests, so that at least eggs for breakfast could be cooked.
