Excellent all round

The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and quiet, while being right on a main road in and out of town, bus lines etc.

No real problems. Some people might find it awkward to have to telephone to be allowed in. I would very much prefer all info needed to be sent ahead of time perhaps the week before.

This place was perfect for us in every way. Location for our needs, clean, comfortable, affordable.

I did not like anything about collecting the keys. I loved this place and was perfect for our needs. Location perfect. Very clean. Comfortable bed. And affordable in my opinion. Cozy and was well set up for our stay. My only issue was check in and confusion with keys and where our building was. And parking was confusing.

This is one of 8 places I stayed for my vacation in Germany/Austria/Neverlands, this was the only place we had trouble checking into as the directions to get the key were not clear and the key box was not numbered. Also, our apartment was not with the other ones in a completely different building. But our key was in the building we were not in. This was confusing as other people that were going to the same wedding as us, were all staying in the 4 plexes behind the building up front and we were put in the building up front. The host thank goodness answered late at night and helped us, but we still had some confusion. Possibly the language barrier. Also, no clear place for us to park. We made our best.

It was clean, comfortable and has a LOT of facilities close by. The place in close to the highway that connects you with the city center or other directions. Love it!

Very clean, well maintained and lots of light Although it has only a pantry kitchen it’s well equipped Great location if you came by car and has a free parking spot to apartment. Bus station to city centre just 150 meters away

It’s more of a luxury issue but the TV is far away from the bed and as it’s not so big I could only watch with glasses A new kettle would make sense

Superb

Spacious studio with high ceiling and nice decor, clean and with handy kitchenette that even has a dishwasher, located next to the Lidl where you can find yourself some nice, cheap breakfast or dinner, comfortable bed and facilities (complete with soaps, coffee, tea).

We could not find a curtain to close at night so it was quite light in the morning and it is located a bit further from the centre of Aachen, but as we are by bike this was no issue for us at all. Definitely recommend this studio if you are on your way to the Eifel area or do not mind staying a little further from Aachen centre.

Nice apartment! Clean and with simple but well working kitchenette (no hotplates only micro). Helpful staff.

A little bit tricky to find the road to the building. Keys were easy to find in a box outside but to get the keycode from the hotel that owns the building they had to reserve 150€ in deposit. Since my card didn’t work we had to go to the reception a 15 minutes drive away and then back.

Convenient place but where is the internet

Good bed and bathroom and a nice te rasse with shade to sit on in the afternoon. Short walk to nice eateries and supermarket next door.

There was no internet, and the engineer that was promised to fix this never showed up.

Easy check-in by calling the main #, and receiving a code for lock box that contains the key to the apartment. Apartment is very cozy and comfortable. Access is easy. Great parking also. Good value for the price charged.

Although we enjoyed our stay greatly, I would suggest 3 improvements that could make future stays even better. 1. Ask your housekeeping staff to mop the floors, after they sweep them. Floors were still a bit dirty after sweeping, staining my socks and my feet. 2. WLAN (Wifi) is weak, slow, and unreliable. It was tough to get work done, and near impossible to make a video call. 3. A plug-in hot plate would be a nice addition, along with some pots and pans. There is currently no way to prepare a hot meal (except a microwave oven). Amazing place with complicated booking.

The place is clean, parking at the door and the space is modern and nice.

The booking process is complex. The request to send my credit card details through mail was completely not ok. My bank told me by no means should I do something like that. Having to call at the arrival time to get the door code is also not relaxing at all. If I book with booking I want a straightforward process and not to be doing phone calls in foreign languages and giving my card details again. But the place is totally worth it . I would give it a 10 if it wasn't for the booking process.

Clean and nice to stay

After the arrival you call up the hotel and they give you the code for the box where the key is (right in the middle of the apartment doors) - an easy process. The location of the apartments is great - shops are close, restaurants are close as well as gas stations. You have a dedicated parking in the yard. Room is fantastic, with a small terrace.

If staying longer (but even shorter as we did) we would miss a stove of some kind, where one could make eggs or some simple dish. While having a decent kitchen and all, we missed this a lot. Also there were no sharp knifes (to cut bread etc.) so we need to buy one just for a short stay. The address on booking was not correct by the time we were visiting (01/11/2021) City (Aachen) is not a walking distance (and we do like to walk...)

This hotel has no reception but asks for filling form in pdf format, it cannot be edited on smartphones without paid apps. If it is really necessary for the guests to fill it, the hotel should make it editable online, for example Google doc.
