It was a clean place but poorly managed,with unclear check-in instructions&unresolved heating issues
- The apartment, beds, bathroom, and kitchen were very clean. - The studio was generally tidy and well-maintained.
- The check-in process was confusing: there is no one to welcome you, and you collect the keys from a box. This method was not mentioned in the property description, which could easily lead to misunderstandings. I prefer being welcomed in person and receiving basic information about the accommodation directly. - When we messaged the host at 20:50 on WhatsApp because the heating was not working, we only received a reply the next day at 11:41 — and the problem was still not solved. Anyone booking this place should make sure the heating works. - The place is not really a house but rather an office converted into a studio. It has been divided into two parts with three beds and a partial partition, but since there is no curtain, privacy is limited. - The double bed had single blankets, which was odd. - The kitchen lacked a microwave, a coffee machine, and even basic supplies like tea or coffee. - I could not find a smoke alarm or a fire extinguisher. - There was no information card explaining the basics of the apartment. - The Google Maps location takes you somewhere else; a correct map and a clear note about this should be added to the listing. - A photo showing where to park would also be helpful, as parking requires driving over the curb — something not everyone is used to.

Schöne Unterkunft am Rande von Würselen
Sehr gutes Bett. Wir haben die Unterkunft hauptsächlich zum Übernachten benötigt. Haben uns daher nicht lange drin aufgehalten. Es it aber alles vorhanden, was man für eine Ferienwohnung braucht. Toilette und Dusche sind getrennt. Kommunikation per Whatsapp mit dem Gastgeber möglich.

Ruime en schone studio. De ligging van de studio is 15 min van aken met de auto. Rustige omgeving. Duidelijke instructies vooraf ivm parkeren en entree studio. Tip: eet een schnitzel bij landhaus Wurmtal!
Het 2 persoon bed bonkt tegen hoofdbord of muur bij het omdraaien in bed. Naar mijn smaak zijn de kussens en matras te zacht. Ook de 1 persoons bed is van lage kwaliteit.

Gut erreichbar, sauber, ruhig. Parkplatz an der Unterkunft. Das Appartement hat recht viel Platz (für 2 Personen).
Die Küchenausstattung war funktional und deckte die wichtigsten Bedürfnisse ab, war aber eher minimalistisch gehalten.
