Nice & cosy apartment, equipped with a fully working kitchen, comfy beds, good heating. It was a comfortable stay for our family of 5. Ski areas are within 10-15 minutes drive and I guess there's also some bus service should someone arrive with public transport. There's a room with access control to store your ski equipment/bike overnight with boots and gloves drier, too 👍

The guests on the top floor with a few kids were really loud, the whole night the kids were running around and we could hear every single step.

Everything was as described and simlply great. Only small minuses, but oberall everything was great!

maybe too much heat, we had to open windows a lit even with heater turned off. No shampoo in the shower dispenser. All mattresses were too soft for us, but that is probably our problem.

Good if you are on a budget

Nice, clean apartment for a good price. Nice terrace, comfortable beds if you are not in the bunkbed. Quite far from the ski areas but the bus stops in front of the door.

There is nothing to do in Maishofen so don’t go here if you are looking for a buzzy area! Bunkbed is very uncomfortable.

Prostorný, útulný, dobře zařízený apartmán. Parkování bez nutnosti rezervace. Lyžárna u vstupu do apartmánu, výtah do vyšších pater.

Toller Urlaub in Österreich, mit kleinen Problemchen.

- Lage (5km mit dem Rad nach Zell am See) - Fahrradschuppen - großer Balkon - toller Ausblick - Zentrum zu Fuß schnell erreichbar (Bäcker etc)

- Betten hart - Sofa ungemütlich, da keine Kissen oder sonstiges vorhanden waren. Wir hatten etwas allergie Probleme wegen der Federbettwäsche (vermuten wir, Milben etc) Hab gefragt ob wir eine andere Bettwäsche bekommen können (hatten eine aus Federn und dann eine "normale" ohne federn) Als Antwort kam kurz und trocken: " wir haben keine andere Bettwäsche" Ich fande das bisschen schwach ehrlich gesagt. Naja haben uns arrangiert und hatten zum Glück noch ein kleines Kissen mit und das Bettlaken hat dann als Decke gedient. War okay aber bisschen mehr Engagement vom Gastgeber hätte ich mir dann schon gewünscht.

Schönes Appartement im netten Ort Maishofen

Geräumiges, schönes Appartement im alpenländischen Stil mit viel Platz für die Familie. Schöne Lage im netten Ort Maishofen. Tolle Ausgangslage für diverse Ausflüge.

Automatischer check in hat nicht funktioniert. Erst nach Telefonat bekamen wir Zugangscode. Per Mail dann um 17.30 statt wie angekündigt um 16 Uhr Rückmeldungen auf direkte Mails kamen entweder gar nicht, zu spät oder nicht zufriedenstellend. Für einen Sommerurlaub erwartet man bei einer Terrasse/Veranda ausreichend Sitzmöbel und einen Tisch. Trotz Nachfrage per Mail keine Reaktion. Hotline kennt sich nicht mit Rabattsystemen in der Region aus, sollte besser geschult werden. Bsp. kannte am Telefon keiner das Guest Mobility Ticket. Dank der persönlichen Betreuung der Region konnten wir die Annehmlichkeiten des Salzburger Landes in Anspruch nehmen. Erst einen Tag später erhielten wir eine positive Rückmeldung seitens keyone (Verwalter es Appartement) nachdem wir etwas lästig wurden. Eine Dusche hatte Schimmel und war extrem schmutzig. Hohe Gästefrequenz. Da wir das Schlafzimmer direkt zum Parkplatz hatten, bekamen wir jede morgentliche Abreise ab 5 Uhr mit. Mit der Gästekarte - die wir bis zum Abreisetag trotz Nachfrage nicht erhielten - gibt's viele Vergünstigungen in der Region. Nur mit der Registriernummer des Meldescheins bekommt ihr Rabatt. Meldeschein erhielten wir ebenfalls nie - also wer daran Interesse hat muss dran bleiben. Fazit: das Appartement war in Ordnung allerdings werden wir in Zukunft wieder eine Unterkunft mit persönlichem Kontakt buchen.

Comfortabilitat

L'habitació és molt espaiosa i el llit és perfecte. Cuina ben equipada (poques culleres petites). Hi ha aparcament.

En el nostre cas no ens va arribar el codi tot hi haver fer el check in, cosa que va dificultar l'accés al pis. El sofà llit desplegat ocupa gran part del menjador obstaculitzant el pas. Trobo a faltar un microones.

كل شي سيئ ،، الغرف ضيقه 3م * 3م ،، المطبخ في الصاله كلهم على بعض في مساحه مترين في مترين ،، ضيق جدا ،، دولاب واحد للغرفتين موحود برا الغرف ،، مافي مكان لوضع الشنط ،، السرير اخذ مساحه الغرفه كلها ،، المكان موحش ولا حوله شي ،، استلمت المكان قذر و حاولت اتواصل معاهم ماحد يجيب لك شي ابدا ،، طبعا اخذت ثلاث ايام والمكان مثل ماهو قذر ،، وانا ادافع بالليله 1200 ريال يعني لو ضاع المفتاح والله ماتشوف احد يجيك ،، بالمجمل موظفين مافي وخدمات مافي ،،

Der Ausblick

Kein „Service“ vorhanden, obwohl man vorhandene Mängel sofort Reklamiert hat bekam man tagelang keine Antwort, es war Ihnen offensichtlich egal. Zudem haben wir um Austauschhandtücher gebeten, da lediglich 1 Handtuch für 7 Tage vorhanden war und wir die Handtücher in der Buchung mit bezahlt haben und es gängige Praxis ist, dass man auf Bedarf gewaschene Handtücher erhält (Handtücher sind in der Buchung extra gelistet). Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass wir den Austausch nicht gebucht haben, jedoch stand bei booking nirgends etwas von nur einem Handtuch oder dass man den Tausch extra buchen muss. Weiter wurde ein völlig defekter und verschlissener Toilettendeckel (mit Bildern) reklamiert, der sehr eklig war. Hierauf erhielten wir erst nach einigen Tagen Rückantwort und passiert ist bis zur Abreise garnichts! Der Ausblick der Unterkunft ist zwar sehr schön, doch befindet sich diese direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Ortsdurchfahrt, die direkt unterhalb des Balkones und sehr laut ist.
