Perfect choice for a cave hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. We don’t usually stay in one place as we like to move around, but we came for the trail race and decided Urgup would be a good base. We were definitely not disappointed with our decision. The hotel is well located, rooms very spacious and comfortable and we had a delicious breakfast with a wonderful view each morning. The hotel manager and the team were very professional and discreet. We hired a car and quite a full itinerary for our stay planned in avance, but were very appreciative of the advice and support from Eray when looking to exchange money and organizing hot air balloon flights.

The hotel surpassed our expectations

It was clean and the bed and sheets were comfortable. They provided free bottled/filtered water. Shower had hot water and good water pressure. Staff were kind to provide extra towels when requested. Property was very serene. Free breakfast had quite the spread with fresh eggs prepared to your preference.

Excellent Stay

If I could give 100 on 10, would give that. Great location. The staff is very nice. They always made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast is superb. The views on the terrace are great. Good restaurants in just 5 min walk. They help in organizing tours as well. Overall would stay only in Canyon Cave when in town.

Breakfast was a lovely spread, generous quantity of everything prepared. The staff were helpful and always willing to please us. They allowed us to use their facilities for our supper when we didn't feel like a restaurant dinner. A perfect away from the noisy city stay. The view from the terrace was amazing, especially at night.

Perfect place to stay with great people and brekfast :)

A perfect place to stay with wonderful people and a great breakfast. The reception staff were incredibly supportive. During an emergency when we lost our passport and hotel keys, they helped us get in touch with the place where we had left them. The service at breakfast was also exceptional—everyone put in a lot of effort to make sure everything was delicious and the guests were happy. Warm regards to the owner, Metin, and his team!

Very pleasant stay!

Wonderful and well equipped apartment, lot of space and a small terrace with a view on Urgup! Car park available in front of the structure and a very nice staff which helped us with activities to be done. They have demonstrated their kindness and availability by cooking me gluten free bread for breakfast. Highly recommended!

The definition of a perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay at Canyon Cave Hotel Cappadocia! The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what truly made the experience special was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Every request we had was met with a warm smile and a willingness to help. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. We’re so grateful for the great service and hospitality, it made our time in Cappadocia even more memorable. Highly recommend!

A wonderful restful hotel as a base your travels in the area

Breakfast was very nice. Quickly cooked and supplied by staff. Much better than the another cave Hotel we stayed at previously. The room was very large, almost an apartment. Had a full size fridge, cooking area and lounge. It has two TV's one in the bedroom and another in the lounge area. There was Netflix and You Tube availability plus other cable network which was great. The bed was extremely comfortable allowing the best sleep and the bathroom was big with a very large bath /Jacuzzi,. The hotel is right near a main road for vehicle transport and only 8 minutes walk to town

Exceptional hotel with wonderful hosts!

Cannot recommend highly enough. The rooms were stunning, and the owner and his family were kind, helpful and engaging. They couldn't do enough to help us organise a fantastic trip in Cappadocia, recommending us adventures, restaurants and trips. They sat with us and explained the history of the region, and were simply wonderful hosts. The cave rooms are beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and had an excellent jacuzzi bath. The beds were comfy and large, whilst the courtyard in the hotel was a wonderful place to sit and read. Breakfast was a feast of turkish breakfast staples, and eggs made freshly to order every day.

Fabulous stay in Cappadocia

The hospitality of Mr. Murat, his daily new breakfast add-ons and the coffee served were great. He was kind, helpful and earful to his guests. Also our time of stay at Canyon cave was comfortable and pleasant. You would never be disappointed with the roof top view of the urgup from the hotel's restaurant. The room was good for 2 people and the bathroom quite spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to other travelers.

Grateful for Murat’s (the owner) help and service during our stay. We are thankful to choose the perfect hotel to stay in as Murat gives a comprehensive view and guide in touring around Cappadocia The hotel is situated in a higher ground which gives a better view over the ügrüp town. Best place to have our breakfast and start our day. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast preparation are superb. Highly recommend this hotel as I believe the hotel are perfect in every way. From location, cleanliness, guide information for touring around Cappadocia, pricing and many more! This boutique hotel is just amazing! The hospitality of the owner is remarkable and it makes you feel at home. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and spending time outside is a pleasure. Excepcional hotel cueva en hermoso lugar

Muy.buena ubicacion en un lugar tranquilo y a metros de restoranes. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y acogedoras. Preciosas habitaciones cavadas en la roca. El desayuno es excepcional, el mejor de todo el viaje. El salón de desayuno tiene hermosas vistas. Excelente la amabilidad del personal, nos asistieron muy bien para la reserva del vuelo en globo. Tuvimos problema con el auto alquilado y fueron de gran ayuda en la resolución.
