Good position. Unuseful swimming pool for tourists

The hotel is beautiful and well mantained. The position is perfect to visit Cappadicia and the view from here is really interesting, with many cave-houses around the hotel. We had two rooms and they were not big, but comfortable and clean. The owner and all the staff are kind.

The swimming pool it’s unuseful if you want to visit Cappadocia because it’s opened only between 11.00 and 18.00. For the Owner: If there’s a problem with the lifeguard’s hours (as you said to us) you should change it! The pool it’s not only for the guests of the hotel, but is opened also to people from outside. This thing is not declared on Booking and we don’t consider it a correct behaviour for the hotel guest’s privacy and relaxing time. All these things say us that the swimming pool it’s not a feature of the Hotel, but only one more business for them. behind the pool there is an area, a sort of warehouse, that should be cleaned or hidden from view.

Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpfull, always making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms and common areas were very clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was great.

The only downside was that the pool was under maintenance during my visit, so I couldn’t use it. But honestly, everything else was perfect. I totally recommend this place

Very nice, authentic, and enjoyable hotel, very nice location, cool pool facilities, the best family room ever, lots of sight seeing to do and most of all nice and kind people at the hotel who always smile 😊. Ürgüp

This is a quiet hotel with 6 rooms aprox. It's like a family house. In the city center of Ürgüp. Taxi from here is like 100 liras to Göreme. Bed was comfortable and cosy. Hot water, very hot 😍. After the sun is gone, it gets very cold during the night in this time of the year. Tea, water, fridge, kettle are provided and extra heater if it's needed.

I miss more English speaking staff however this is something common in Turkey. Nothing the translator can't fix. The balloons flying in the morning cannot be seen from here but I recommend to get a taxi early in the morning (6.30 in this time of the year) and go to Göreme or even the black church to watch them from there. Breakfast. More options and maybe ask the guess to not waste food. I'm not used to have French fries for breakfast but off course I adapt to the place where I'm. These comments are more tips than complaints about the property. The property itself its perfect. ❤️

A charming old stone built mansion from the mid19th century, typical of the old Greek mansions in the area in a great location. The staff have been very hospitable and very helpful. They promptly accommodated all requests and we had a wonderful time. A long outdoor swimming pool is fabulous during the hot summer months.

Everything, from the atmosphere ,culture, once again excellant service from Can (Jean) ,rooms was great for me and my family at the Elif stone hotel it was a fabulous experience and should have stayed longer but had other reservations scheduled ,beautiful history and and also very enlightening .

Kapadokya is a fantastic stay , our host Can(Jean) was extremely helpful and informed, he recommend fantastic restaurant and also helped with getting the best day tour prices ,we unfortunately missed the hot air balloon ride ,so we definitely going back 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌 See you soon Can .....

La struttura è molto bella, ricavata in un edificio storico di più di 200 anni. I gestori sono molto gentili. La colazione è meravigliosa. La posizione è bella, nella parte alta di Urgup, un bel paesino più tranquillo di Goreme. A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono 2-3 ristoranti di livello superiore alla media.

Nulla. Un solo avvertimento : la piscina chiude alle 18.00 e non è derogabile perché c’è un bagnino, ma la maggior parte dei tour (rosso, verde…) finiscono a quell’ora e non si riesce a utilizzarla. Suggerisco di fare i tour in autonomia con una macchina a noleggio per godere, in estate, anche della bella piscina dell’albergo.

Allotjament amb punts molt positius però l’habitació ha resultat molt confortable

Ubicació a lloc tranquil i ben comunicat, hotel familiar i molt bon esmorzar

Habitació per tres persones molt petita, no hi ha espai per l’equipatge i no hi ha aire acondicionat. Hi havia un ventilador que era insuficient i reduïa mes l’espai. La piscina es fa servir per altres usos el cap de setmana hi ha gent de fora de l’hotel i trenca una mica la tranquilitat de l’allotjament.

Goed verblijf, maar nog wat aandachtspunten.

Het zwembad is zeker een goede toevoeging aan de accomodatie. Vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt! Ook een eigen parking.

Helaas is het tegen de wetgeving om deze gebouwen aan te passen, dus was er geen airco aanwezig waardoor het super warm was in de kamer. Temperaturen van 40°C waren aanwezig in de kamer. De koelkast werkte niet dus we konden ook geen drinken of eten koel houden. De badkamer had nog een pluk haar liggen en vuil water in de wasbak. Dit hebben ze opgelost nadat we de opmerking hadden gegeven. Er was ook geen ventilator aanwezig. Hier hebben wij zelf om moeten vragen.
