A great 4 nights

Sadik was swift in his support to help me fix a problem I was having with my credit card company. Mehmet ensured that the rest of my stay was comfortable by upgrading my room and routinely checking in to confirm that my needs were being met.

The cigarette smoke in common areas. At the end of my stay, I was surprised by a 1500TL charge from the restaurant that I had never been to. Mehmet resolved the error and was apologetic.

Lovely hotel in lovely Urgup. It's more relaxed than Göreme, I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was delicious too. Helpful staff!

It feels antique, which I enjoyed, and it is spacious, cozy and comfy. There are plenty of tables to hang round the hotel, including a terrace. Breakfast is plentiful. My room had a big bathtub. Candles were distributed around the room for ambiance. The staff was friendly.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Urgup!

What a memorable stay it was for us! The room/suite was carved into the stone hillside, a true cave room, looked exactly as on the photos on their website. The hotel was fantastic, with 2 rooftop terraces where we could admire the sunset and sunrise. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming, just very nice people throughout. The breakfast was amazing, I couldn't even list everything they served – all kinds of sweet fruits, salads, meats, cheese, traditional Turkish breakfast items, many things freshly made/cooked in front of us. Truly an amazing variety of very tasty foods. Excellent restaurants were just opposite of the hotel. Parking was street parking, but fortunately we managed to find parking space every night. Highly recommend this hotel.

The wi-fi did not work in the room (suite), we had to go to the room next to the balcony to get good wi-fi signal.

A wonderful and special place to stay

This hotel is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. The cave rooms and the whole building are so beautiful and well kept. There is a wonderful atmosphere in the place and the terraces have a great view of Urgup. The breakfast was amazing too with freshly made gozleme and omelettes and a great selection of cheeses, fruit, salad, nuts, breads and spreads. The staff are all very kind and thoughtful too. We had a truly fantastic experience during our stay here.

Best place in Urgup!

The place was gorgeous and I don't think there is any exotic place to stay like this. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is huge and amazing, the best one we've had so far in Turkey! Thank you for the hospitality!

Extremely helpful staff and always friendly and smiley. Location was great, 2 minutes from the center of Urgup. The rooms were very spacious nicely decorated. We would stay here again!

We have booked 4 rooms (3 suites). One of the rooms was moist. Another one had a problem in the bathroom and there was water on the floor - the staff came to fix it.
