Gioia Guest House Rome

We had the most amazing stay at this accommodation. It is very cheap for city centre and for three people. The accommodation was spacious. It was very, very clean. The beds were good and the service was fantastic. The cleaning lady is one of the loveliest people we have ever met and nothing was too much for her. She was very polite and helpful. 10/10. Location was excellent. Nothing was too far via the metro, tram, or bus which are all 3 minutes walk (literally round the corner). There is an elevator for if you need it. Though, it is on first floor which is only approximately 10 steps up. Overall, a great stay in a safe neighbourhood. Thank you so much! We left luggage after our stay for a few hours and there were no issues with this.

The cleaner came in very randomly with her own key, so privacy was a bit sketchy :,)

Very nice location, affordable price, room is clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and recommended for us places to visit.

Nothing so far, except the cleaning lady who was always asking us to leave the room at 10 am to clean, but that wasn’t a big deal.

4 minutes from metro, around 20 minutes from colosseum. a close supermarket around the corner. it has a sweet garden and a quiet neighborhood

I don’t recommend the breakfast here, it is a bit disappointing. the sheets weren’t totally clean, and the towels only change in 3 days time frame. the owner isn’t responsive to the messages
