The size we needed a 20 person house to rent which was rare to fine this in the East of England, also it was a fair price.
It very tried, the carpets as per the other reviews need to be changed, the bathrooms are small, tried also they have mould in places. The dining room seats 20 but not round one table so sitting as a group is hard. Again it is tried which screws sicking out of cabinets and the tablet matts bare and failing apart. In short the hold, place needs a deep clean, a coat of paint and a few pounds spending on it.
