The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, which made a big difference. The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were also pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful welcome afternoon snack accompanied by a sweet message — a very nice touch. The room was warm and cozy, which added to the comfort.
On the downside, the location was not ideal. The hotel is situated in what feels like an industrial area, and the surroundings were quite dirty. Although there are public transport stops nearby, they are not very convenient to use. Additionally, the breakfast was somewhat disappointing — it lacked variety and was almost the same every day, which became repetitive.

Decent facilities for meetings. Good helpful staff at check in (Jalal).
Location is like an industrial estate. 15 minutes walk to anything. Or a cab. Some furniture was dated and could do with updating.
