Great location, with an easy walk into Kenmore township Friendly and welcoming owner Spacious room with modern ensuite facilities
If I was being picky .. Beds were a little hard for my liking but probably not for some others?

Very convenient location with easy walk to all relevant amenities . Excellent on-site parking. Basics for self serve breakfast - juice, coffee,small muffins etc. Good shower.
We had a ground floor room and people walking in room above was a bit intrusive. Toilet difficult to flush so used toilet across the hall
