Very nice place

The location was perfect - on the lake Saimaa. The apartment was very spacious. Pool area is very big and has two slides and sauna area for men and women. Check in and check out process was very fast and easy. Recptionists were very helpful in question of tourists attrctions and general questions about facilities.

Our bed was two twin beds and was moving apart all the time.

Expected more from the Holiday Club

The Superior Apartment we stayed in was quite worn and in need of renovation. The furniture and fixtures were outdated, and the general appearance was not up to par with modern standards and other locations of Holiday Club. Another issue we encountered was the unstable Wi-Fi connection. This made it difficult to stay connected and get work done during our stay.

Holiday Club Saimaa is a high class resort. There is no need in repeating all its advantages.

It was extremely hot during our stay for Juhannus 2022. There is no air conditioning system in the White House apartments where we stayed. And it was impossible to open the windows because of the mosquitos. As a result it was very difficult to survive during the night with the closed windows and very stifling air.

Perjantaina tuloiltana jonotimme 1/2 tuntia respassa että saimme avaimet, se meinasi olla vähän liikaa pitkän ajomatka päälle (5,5 tuntia) Aivan liian vähän henkilökuntaa siihen asiakas määrään nähden.

Huoneisto oli siisti, nätisti sisustettu, tilava ja keittiö oli korkeatasoisesti varusteltu, paitsi teflonpaistinpannun oli joku jälleen naarmuttanut käyttökelvottomaksi. Hyvät sängyt ja laadukkaat vuodevaatteet. Sauna lämpeni nopeasti. Hyvä äänieristys. Lemmikit tervetulleita (35 € lisämaksu). Aamiainen (19€) ihan ok.

Tuloiltana odotimme vuoronumeron kanssa sisäänpääsyä yli tunnin, jolloin riittävästi aikaa kylpyläkäyntiin ei enää jäänyt. Altaat suljettiin perjantaina 20.30. Harmi, koska olimme sitä varten varanneet lemmikille illaksi hoitajan. Majoittujille 27 euron kylpylämaksu olisi tosin myös ollut aika kallis. Uimarannan olivat vallanneet hanhet ja niiden jätökset, joten menimme muualle uimaan. Luulimme, että villas tarkoittaa yhden makuuhuoneen mökkityyppistä asuntoa, mutta se olikin kerrostalon alimman kerroksen asunto sisäänkäynnin vieressä. Ohikulkijoilla oli esteetön näkymä terassille ja sisään ja meiltä näkymä vieressä olevalle parkkipaikalle.

Tilava ja mukava huoneisto mutta se oli siivottu huonosti.

Huoneisto oli huonosti siivottu. Lattialla oli pölyä ja roskia sekä TV-tasolla isoja pölypalloja. Yleisesti kaikki pinnat oli huonosti pyyhitty. Huoneestossa näkyi selkeästi jo kulumisen merkkejä.

Kompakti huoneisto, jossa kaikki tarvittava useammankin yön oleskeluun yksin, kaksin tai perheenä. Hyvä sänky ja nukkumisolosuhteet muutenkin. Ilmalämpöpumppu iso bonus näillä heinäkuun helteillä. Saimaa on upea.

On todella harmi, että valkoposkihanhet ovat vallanneet kauniin nurmikentän ja rannan. Mutta tälle ei liene mitään tehtävissä...

Täyden palvelun lomaresortti.

Hyvät liikuntapalvelut, sijainti Saimaan rannalla, hyvä uimaranta, Classic pitsa ja Robert’s coffee, monipuoliset majoitusvaihtoehdot, historiallinen Rauhan sairaalan miljöö, joka on uudistettu fiksusti

Kuntosalilla osa laitteista oli rikki ja oli vain yksi juoksumatto, joka ei ollut parhaasta päästä, mutta toimi kuitenkin. Aamiainen ja kuntosali piti ostaa erikseen.

Der Aufenthalt war wieder sehr schön, besonders die Lage direkt am Saimaa ist wunderschön. Die Anlage ist schön weitläufig und man kann viel unternehmen.

In meinem Apartment müsste der Boden mal getauscht werden.

Erittäin hyvä pidemmällekin majoittumiselle

Huoneisto siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Olimme lapsen urheiluleirillä ja huoneistossa oikeastaan kaikki tarvittava.

Parkkipaikkoja liian vähän. Kaikki paikat oli vallattu illasta kun palasimme huoneeseen.

Mukava, laajahko alue. Kivasti tekemistä. Huoneista mukava, erityisesti erillinen wc ja kylpyhuone helpotti aamuja. Lasitettu parveke kunnon kalusteilla miellytti kovasti.

Odotusaika sisäänkirjautumiseen oli mielestäni kohtuuton (50min). Sisäänkirjautuminen alkaa vasta klo 18 ja etenkin lapsiperheet ovat matkasta väsyneitä ja todennäköisesti nälkäisiäkin ja näin pitkä odotusaika ei ole hyväksyttävää. Ymmärrän, että laajalla alueella on paljon majoittujia, mutta tämä on asia, johon tulisi varautua riittävällä henkilökunnalla tai muutoin joustavammalla sisäänkirjautumistavalla.

Viihtyisä paikka, huoneistossa sauna ja hyvät keittiövälineet.

Kirjautuminen oli todella ruuhkautunut, respassa 2-3 työntekijää ja aula täynnä ihmisiä. Odotimme huonettamme 1h 15min . Aamiaiselle astioiden palautus voisi olla paremmin järjestetty.

Mukava oleskelu, grilli ei toiminut, varauksen piti kuulua aamiainen tai kylpylä, mutta ei!

Kaikki ei valitettavasti mennyt aivan niin kuin odotin. Pidimme kuitenkin erityisesti siitä, että perhe nautti uimahallista – se oli iso plussa. Huoneisto oli muuten ihan siisti ja mukava, rauhallinen ja hyvä fiilis sitä jäi.

Kun varasimme majoituksen, tiedoissa luki selkeästi, että pakettiin kuului joko aamupala tai kylpyläkäynti. Vastaanotossa kuitenkin kerrottiin, että kylpylä ei kuulu, ja meidän piti maksaa siitä erikseen 100 euroa. Myöskään aamupala ei kuulunut mukaan, mikä oli pettymys. Toinen iso miinus oli parvekkeen grilli. Lapset olivat innokkaita grillaamaan, ja kävimme ostamassa kaiken tarvittavan Prismasta. Puhdistin grillin verkon ja muut osat, mutta vasta sen jälkeen huomasimme, ettei grilli toiminut lainkaan. Tämä harmitti koko perhettä. Toivomme, että nämä asiat huomioidaan tulevaisuudessa. Ollaan kuitenkin vakio asiakkaat

Holiday Club Saimaa toimii aina, kokoonpanolla kuin kokoonpanolla

Holiday Club Saimaa se onnistuu aina vain yllättämään positiivisesti. Kovimpien sesonkien ulkopuolella hinta/laatu-suhde on mainio ja kohteena se on varmaan Suomen paras. Siksi löydän itseni täältä uudestaan ja uudestaan erilaisissa kokoonpanoissa: on tullut vietettyä puolison kanssa lomaa, kavereiden kanssa golfreissua ja perheen kanssa myös. Majoitustarjonta on niin laajaa, että kaikille löytyy sopiva ja toimiva majoitusmuoto. Pienen lapsen kanssa arvostimme etenkin omaa asuntoa keittiöineen ja siitä tässä matkassa nyt oli kyse.

Avainten nouto tapahtuu todella myöhään (klo 18) ja vastaanottotiskillä ei ollut tulohetkellämme ketään. Lisäksi Holiday Clubin edustalle ei saisi pysäköidä, joten avainten noutaminen on kyllä tehty hankalaksi.
