About this vacation rental

38 km west of Savonlinna, lake Suurjärvi 30 m (width 0.5 km, length 1.5 km) deep, sandy-mud bottom, own boat.
Log cabin 2013, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, sauna (electric), shower room, terrace (28 m²).
Access to the upper floor from outdoor terrace. In upstairs: living room, bedroom (7m ²) with 2 beds, bedroom (7m ²) with 2 beds, balcony.
Cottage has mechanical ventilation.
For summer use only (May-September): Separate sauna building 2008 (10 m²), wood-burning stove, heater tank, lake water pump, electric light.
A barbecue terrace, wood grill, fish smoking possibility, electrical socket.
Carport. Cellar.
Tap water contains iron which causes some colour to water, but the water is safe to drink. Clients can bring drinking water if they want.
There is a security deposit of 150 euro. Paid on arrival by cash.
