The location was fantastic right in the centre with easy access to the Metro and walking distance to the palace and many other attractions. The room was clean, small and basic but it had everything we needed. Although no controls for the air conditioning the temperature was always comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was just a base for us, it was small and the bathroom, although it had a door was not very private. It was perfect however for our needs

The location was exceptional. We were in walking distance to all the wonderful sights in Madrid.
Would have liked the room to be cooler in the evening. Even a fan would have been nice.

The location was great, right at the center of Puerta del Sol and a short walk from the taxi drop off. Had a double bed room which was spacious and very clean. The restroom was a little small but not uncomfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and the building had a lift which was super helpful. Would stay here again on my next trip.
There seems to be some construction going on and our balcony view could have been better if scaffolding wasn’t there but that’s not on the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great.
The bedding was poor quality. The furniture was in need of replacing. The elevator was tiny.
