The pictures show breakfastroom - but no breakfast possiblre They want you to go to a nearby bar to have breakfast So it seems they tell all the sme story and it is not b&b bur only bthe busstop is a10 min walk away and takes annotherc30 min to city centre The rrooms at the street side are not quite and the windows are not reducing the noise duevto 50 year old single glas The sleeping room is too small so that there is not a chair to place clothes on The walls in the house are very thin so that you wake up when somebodystarts the toilet or douches Water supply in the toilets allow only to use and then to wait 3 min to fill up again

Welcome to Drumcondra

The location is excellent. Drumcondra is friendly, safe and clean area with really easy access to the city centre while buying the visitor leap card makes it also cheap. Some lovely pubs near. Julie is a great host, really friendly and kind and she makes you feel like at home. Her dogs are lovely! The room was always clean and every two days we were being given fresh towels, biscutis, tea and coffee.

So there are four types of rooms: spacious, small for an American-size person, really small and too small. This room is really small. It was enough for us but ask yourself what are you going to do in your room :-) Mastering the bathroom (with the shower switch outside) is a skill I am going to proudly put into my CV! :-) All in all, bit pricey for what it offers.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient. I would stay again

Excellent location, easy access to parking and a bus into the city centre. We were greeted warmly, by our hostess who clearly explained any thing we needed. We didn't have time for breakfast but the dining table was set looking out onto the garden...so we would have enjoyed the meal in comfortable surroundings.

Would recommend as long as you don’t mind a little walking to get around.

Friendly and helpful. Clean. Good water pressure in shower and comfortable beds. Easy to get to main city area by bus after a little walk. Close to local shops

Couple of small things like toilet didn’t always flush. Bathroom taps were like in a public toilet had to keep pressing to continue. Some of the drawers needed fixing. But generally no complaints. These are easily fixed. Would love a little fridge to store some supplies but we got by.

An exceptionally excellent breakfast with several options. Our host was friendly and helpful in orienting us to Dublin. She provided offstreet parking. she was clear and gracious about describing house rules, such as locking up protocols and the timing of breakfast. She provided a truly welcoming and relaxed homelike environment.

The top floor sloping ceilings and the family room where we were were a bit low so we had to be careful not to keep bumping our heads, but there’s really nothing that could be done about that so it just requires adaptation.

Tiny accomodation with lots of people

- shower was clean, water pressure was good and water was warm - toilet clean as well - Bus stop with many buses going downtown 10-15 minutes away

- tiny room, pretty sure the bedroom was a little more than 6 sqm. It only fit the bed and a small desk. We were not able to properly lay out our suitcase on the floor. - bathroom, also tiny. You cannot bend forward towards the sink to wash your face or brush your teeth without pushing against the bathroom door, highly uncomfortable (and we are small people) - the bathroom sink water faucets stop the waterflow after a few seconds after pressing the faucet on top - it was just that the faucet for the cold water needed to be continuously pressed down to receive water!! So you had to do everything with one hand while holding down the faucet with the other - shower is turned on via a switch in the bedroom. There is some kind of generator that is also very loud - the walls are incredibly thin. You can hear everyone walking, talking and showering

Very good

Everything was very clean, the room was spacious enough that we didn't feel crowded with 4 people, and the view on the garden was spectacular. The owner was very friendly and gave us many tips on where to go to eat, what transport was best to take to the centre.

Everything was very comfortable, the only downside was that the roof window in the bathroom had to be open when taking a shower, which can be problematic in the winter.

Great property in Dublin, IRL

Julie, the owner of the property is a very nice and helpful person and she provides great information about moving around the city. She keeps her property welcoming and very clean, providing enough towels and extra rolls of toilet paper. She provides great breakfast at an extra low cost too. Location feels safe and very close to some main bus stops. I spent a week at this location in Dublin and it made my stay great. I will visit again in the future and I highly recommend this location!

Beyond my expectations

Everything, really, amazing. They got all the small details, even had tea and coffee in the room, excellent shower, a lot of privacy. There is public transportation in a distance of a couple of minutes walk in a very nice environment, the bus from airport to city center goes through there every couple of minutes. Julie is super nice, made the arrival very easy and made me feel at home. I highly recommand!

The location was excellent and the rooms were just exactly what we needed for resting after busy days in Dublin

There was not a breakfast option due to staff shortages, however there we were given lots of recommendations for breakfast in other cafes and restaurants so wasn’t a problem

A great option for anyone coming to see Ireland.

Quiet B&B with easily accessible transport connections to both downtown Dublin and the airport. The owner was flexible with the time of arrival and very helpful upon meeting in person. I was allowed to park my rented car in the front yard, which was also much appreciated.
