The hotel is well located, near the center, just 5 min walk. The terrace that they have is amazing. In the morning you can see the hot air balloon, amazing.

The breakfast was ok, could be more various though. More sweet option.

I absolutely loved this hotel!! This was my first time in Turkey and all the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. My room was really cozy, comfortable, clean and relaxing. My favourite feature in my room was the hot tub. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Breakfast was amazing. The staff did well in ensuring the food buffet was well replenished, all Area were kept clean and the staff were alway happy to make me fresh scrambled eggs. There was even a Jamaican flag on the wall in the dinning area which made me super happy and felt welcomed. Thanks a million to everyone for make my experience a phenomenal one. Special thank to Muhammad super super job!!!

I would recommend each room have an in-room Hotel safe. Just for the peace of mind of leaving personal documents I. the room eg passport when of the property. If felt safe throughout my stay. All in all everything else was perfect.

I like the location as it was accessible to the city area with lots of food and souvenirs stores. Very convenient.

Quite a number of ants around especially in the toilet and some on the bed. Thankfully the window were mesh so we can let air in otherwise it will be stuffy but due to the window open it also means it gets noisy as our room is at the basement.
