Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. There could be some better lighting in the rooms and bathroom though. The breakfast is great. The rooftop location is very nice but the construction blocked some views. It could use some more decor and lighting as well for the evenings. I would suggest putting colorful pillows on the rooftop to make it more attractive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is great and I would recommend it to my friends.

Ottoman Caves is a small and cozy hotel with a great location—close to the local market and a few Indian restaurants. The breakfast is very good, with a nice variety and fresh options to start the day.
However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The kitchen is only open from 8:30 to 10:30 AM, and they are extremely strict with the timing—arriving even 5 minutes late means the kitchen is locked up tight. After that, you can’t get any food, cutlery, or even basic room service for the rest of the day.
They have a Majilis area at the top which could be a great spot to enjoy the morning hot air balloons. Unfortunately, even though it was covered due to rain the previous night, no one bothered to remove the cover the next morning when the weather cleared, making it a missed opportunity to enjoy the view.
It also seems like they’re understaffed or poorly managed—on several occasions, no one was at the reception, and getting assistance was a challenge.
In summary, if you’re looking for a convenient location and don’t mind minimal service, this place might work. But don’t expect much beyond a place to sleep and a good breakfast.
