Nice location with beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany around and convenient driving access to several towns. Clean, comfortable room and decent breakfasts. There is a nice pool on the property.

The views from the property were amazing. Plus that it’s pretty close by car to important cities nearby like Pisa, Siena and Lucca. The restaurant also had nice breakfast and great dinner options. The lasagna was really good and on one night we good to eat peposo which was really really tasty

The views are stunning, breathtaking. A traditional charm in the middle of the Tuscan hills.

Beautiful setting. Tranquil, extremely patient and hospitable lady serving busy breakfast (on her own). Small playground outside our suite.

We made this known to the property very quickly, so I almost feel bad adding this to booking.com, but for young families with kids under 8 this property felt like hard work. The details advertised on booking.com are not reflective of what is inside the suites, and our lodgings differed to what was pictured at the point of booking. It states facilities such as a microwave, refrigerator, high chair and toys will be in the suites. This isn’t the case - it’s very much room only with breakfast and we had to request a microwave be added to our room to feed our 3 young kids. Hard floors throughout and high beds, windowless living room felt too rustic for us, mosquitos, breakfast isn’t self service so you have to repeatedly queue up for slices of cheese, meat and bread. A long hazardous walk down a hill and up a hill to breakfast so we drive daily. It’s a remote area with limited options for food if the owner doesn’t like guests opting for self catering - we ate once in the restaurant and though delicious they didn’t bring my main for 25 min (they hadn’t written it down) and the bill was €90 for one starter, two mains, two kids pasta, water and one desert, not affordable for a nightly meal for us. We sound negative but we had quite a difficult stay at this beautifully located accommodation.
