About this villa rental
The villa is a new home, in authentic Sardinian style situated in the context of peace and tranquility of the picturesque valley of Oddoene. It is located on the slopes of Supramonte and is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards of Cannonau. It represents the ideal residence for those in search of a regenerating holiday between sea and mountains.
THE HOUSE
Open all year. It has 8 beds.
- Entrance on paved road with covered parking for 3/4 cars
- Kitchen and large living room with corner sofa that can be turned into a double bed both with access to the main veranda
- Spacious double room with small desk area and access to the panoramic balcony at the back of the house
- Two double rooms. A large one with two desks and a smaller one with a bunk bed. Both overlook the rear veranda overlooking the Supramonte
- A spacious bathroom with two sinks and a double door shower
EXTERNAL RELAXATION AREA
The house has a large garden surrounded by the extensive vineyard and olive grove of the property of about 2 ha
- Panoramic terrace
- Main veranda with BBQ and outdoor dining area
- Rear veranda with sitting area and outdoor shower
SUPPLEMENTS INCLUDED: Air conditioning, convector heating throughout the year, wood stove, cot and highchair for newcomers, bed and bath linens, Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer

THE AREA AND THE ACTIVITIES: The house is 12 km from Cala Gonone and 8 km from Dorgali, where you can 'access services for every need (supermarkets, banks and restaurants, pharmacies and emergency medical services). Nearby and easily accessible by car, you will find the main tourist attractions in the area: Cala Luna and the other Cale del Golfo, the Bue Marino and Ispinigoli, Orosei, Tiscali, Gorropu, Lake Cedrino and various nuragic villages. Climbing, paragliding, mountain biking, horseback riding, guided hikes and trekking are possible. Boat or raft trips, diving, snorkeling and much more specified below.

Lovely house, very peaceful & quiet. Well equipped and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Irene was very helpful and everything was great.
Some lovely beaches around (Spiaggia di Cartoe was stunning), well stocked supermarkets in nearby Dorgali and Cala Ganone.
Would definitely suit those looking for some peace as the house is away from it all.

La casa è molto grande e curata nell'arredamento e nei particolari, oltre ad avere una bella veranda con un grande tavolo con la possibilità di usare il bbq.
