The apartment is centrally located, just a few meters from the Palmasera promenade, opposite the supermarket, and close to the numerous restaurants-pizzerias, bars and ice-cream parlors.
THE HOUSE:
Located on the ground floor of a building, it consists of a comfortable veranda, a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, three delightful rooms, one of which is double, able to comfortably accommodate up to six people, a balcony, a bathroom with a comfortable shower.
EQUIPMENT:
TV, oven and gas hob, washing machine, fridge, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, hairdryer, veranda and balcony adjacent to a room. Air conditioning living area.
In Cala Gonone the city tax of € 1.20 per person, per night, from 14 years of age, is payable in cash at check-in.

Abbiamo passato un'ottima settimana a Cala Gonone nell'appartamento di Rita. Localizzato a pochi passi dal mare, è stato il luogo ideale per una settimana di arrampicata nei dintorni, ma anche nella zone di Olbia. Rita ci ha accolti molto gentilmente nel suo appartamento pratico e spazioso, fornito di tutto il necessario.

Terrasse toute petite, pièces très sombres.
Salle de bain bien équipée.
Mauvaise insonorisation avec les voisins du dessus (bruits de talon et d'eau qui coule).
Pas de canapé dans la salle à manger.
Literies très correctes.
Bien situé.
