La ubicación no está cerca de la playa está a unos 15 minutos de bajada que después tiene que subir cuesta arriba pero tiene aparcamiento enfrente de la casa gratis .Nos tocó la planta baja donde dispones de un pequeño patio es una casa dividida en 2 viviendas la suerte es que no tuvimos ningún inquilino arriba y eso te daba intimidad
La puerta de acceso es la misma para las dos casas así que los vecinos acceden atraves de tu patio y no hubiésemos tenido intimidad los motores de los aires acondicionados están situados en el patio de la planta baja si el piso de arriba estuviera ocupado el ruido y el calor no se hubiese podio salir al patio.La cocina y el comedor son un único ambiente y por las pequeñas dimensiones no había sofá la habitación de matrimonio no tenía ventana exterior solo una pequeña claraboya que daba a la casa de arriba así que no tenía luz directa en cuanto al menaje faltaba una paella más y un microondas.Nos dejaron un folleto informativo sobre las normas de la casa pero no con el tema de la recogida de basuras en este tema son muy estrictos y te dejan diferentes cubos para el reciclaje está información me llegó por WhatsApp cuando ya llevaba 6 días allí hay una planta de reciclaje a unos 5 minutos en coche desde el apartamento.

L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario (2 bagni, lavatrice, caffettiere, stendino con mollette) . Al nostro arrivo c'era acqua in frigo, aria condizionata accesa, 2 dosi per lavatrice, olio, sale, aceto...) tante belle coccole.
Utilissimo il posto auto sotto casa.
Il wi-fi non funziona in casa e questo ci ha aiutato a staccare da chat ed email fastidiose in vacanza.
Il mare non è distante ma in salita è alquanto faticoso, se fatto a piedi.
Avremmo preferito indicazioni per una differenziata porta a porta, scocciante è portare tutta la spazzatura all'isola ecologica il giorno della partenza e scoprire che non ritiravano il secco.

The house is located in Cala Gonone, that is a hub of boat trips in the Gulf of Orosei, excellent location to discover the different beaches and caves around. The house is nice in a small one-way street, there was always place in front of the house to park.
The house is comfortable, with a spacious living-room-kitchen, and two bedrooms, with a slightly smaller, but well equipped bathroom, and a separate toilet. There was good hot water to shower, but the shower cabin was small. Big plus for the washing machine! Amenities were nice, but there was not enough toilet paper.
The beds were comfortable, the kids were missing the rocking horse from the pictures.
The kitchen was equipped, there was enough cutlery and dishes. The waste management is meticulous, but understandable.
Alessandra the (online) host was nice.
All in all, we had a good time.
There was no shade in the street, so the car was always very hot.
The street is quite far from everything, but it does not seem like it, it seems that it’s only 1 km, you can reach the center on foot, but you have to climb at least 150 m up, that is quite strenous in the 45 Celsius heat wave…
The air conditioning’s unit is only in the main
living room, the cold does not reach the bedrooms. There are ceiling fans but it’s not the same. Maybe if we did not go during the hottest summer (Cerberus heat wave) it would have been enough…
A microwave is desperately missing, also there was not enough light in the kitchen for cooking.
