About this apartment rental
Confortable and bright accommodation, in a quiet area of Cala Gonone, -Sardinia-, along the eastern coast and in the Gulf of Orosei. With a beautiful sea and mountain view, 500\700 meters from mid-town, about 1.000 m from the sea-promenade and the closest beach. A rennovated apartment, that sleeps from 2 up to 4 people,with possibility of 1or 2 extra fold out beds in the living area, for a possible total of 5, maybe max. 6 persons. Extra people we could accomodate in other confortable properties we have close by. The accomodation comprises of two bedrooms, both normally for 2 people each; kitchenette; large dining and living area;WCidè & shower box; sheltered veranda, 1 small balcony, 1 tiny private parking place, which is normally not necessary and good also for bikes and motorbikes. There is a well furnished, confortable kitchenette with everything you need to cook; with gas cooker, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, several useful accessories. Extra bathroom with shower with access from your private yard. Here we can also provide some extra chairs and a table. 1 confortable veranda with sea-mountain view, table and chairs , plus sundeck chairs. This adding space to the apartment and offering a pleasant view to the sea and to the beautiful mountains nearby. The latter enhance the apartment, making it feel bigger and enables outdoor eating and drinking to be that bit more enjoyable. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a portable barbecue in the yard. Superb bays and beaches along our coast; a crystal clear aquamarine sea for diving, snorkeling and sailing; huge limestone cliffs slabs and overhangs; walks through fantastic gorges, mountains and coastal paths.
There is one air-conditioning machine which could normally serves the entire apartment. We can also provide 2 additional removable fans. The apartment is during summer usually quite cool, though.
Weekly prices in the advert are at times meant for either 2 or for 4 people, depending on the offer taking place. To enable us to be more precise, do get in touch with us , please. Especially if you happen to be more than 2 or 3 people the total cost may well be different. No pool available.
