Personale molto gentile e disponibile, sopratutto per le esigenze avute e la colazione. Biancheria da camera pulitissima e letti molto comodi.

Il bagno lo abbiamo trovato con qualche sporcizia, tra polvere e capelli, ma nulla di inacettabile. Nel Complesso era in ordine.

They were flexible and really kind. This is a motel so do not have huge expectations, but it is a good value for money. 20 minutes walk from the old bridge. the reception is open 24/7 so we could walk in the city at night. Free-secure parking lot for every guest. Breakfast is really delicious and filling. We could ask for more. The host served us very kind and helpful.

The rooms was tight so it is only good for mainly sleeping. They do not have fridge.

Unfortunately, we were rather disappointed with our stay. The room was very small and sparsely furnished. The air conditioning only worked partially and took a long time to cool the room, while the blinds did not allow the room to be properly darkened. The balcony was not really suitable for relaxing either, as the property is located directly next to the highway and railway tracks. There was also a strong cigarette smell in the hallway. We also found ants in one of the three beds. Breakfast was very basic and functional, with no buffet, fruit or vegetables and a limited choice of drinks. Overall, the accommodation lacked comfort, attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere. It was sufficient for one night, but if we return to Mostar, we would choose a different place to stay.
