I needed a safe and clean place to sleep for one night while travelling by motorcycle from Mostar to Montenegro. The place is exactly as described here. Superb value for money! In the centre of the town, parking for my motorcycle, clean room, very friendly host big bed and plenty of hot water.

Comfortable room right next to the center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
You can only pay with cash. The rooms are quite cluttered.

The location is good. Check-in was uncomplicated. The place was OK (facilities and so on), livable and everything working. It is also not that far (within walking distance) from the bus station. The owner recommended me the Sheva walking tour, which was great.
The staff was nowhere to be seen. I only met the owner in the beginning and then he was gone. There was noone there to ask any questions or get anything.
Then, the day I was checking out, the owner finally appeared and scolded me because checkout time was at 10:30 and I came out at 11. He told me I should have looked at the Booking app. I told him he never told me this at any point.
In general, I didn't feel so welcomed at this place and think the owner just runs it as he would run any other business, but lacks of this hospitality plus that any property owner should have to properly attend their guests.
Also, the first morning I got waken up by him speaking loudly with some worker in the reception, since my room was next to reception and walls were too thin. Afterwards, he just vanished and didn't seem him again until the checkout.
