Landlady and his son was helpful.
There is one heating system which is in the living room. Air condition can't heat stably the flat.

Location of the property, the washroom and the host who is super friendly and assists with any issues promptly.
The bed is high and not a standard type. It is sometimes difficult to get in and out of it.

Amazing service! She was SO NICE, best experience in our trip so far, we were lucky to stay in this Apartment! Location was amazing too, few minutes to the center and to old bridge. The room was also very nice, and the bathroom was amazing! Very much recommended!
