We had a wonderful time at the Bella Vista. It was warm and cozy and the patio gets lots of good sunshine!

Great location, friendly and helpful owners and basically all you need in the apartment. Perfect for a stay in the area.

One of the beds in this particular apartment was a bit small for an adult (we had the small apartment this time)

Spacious and clean apartment at an amazing location

A very spacious apartment for a family of 5 with comfortable beds and fully functioning kitchen (including coffee machine with bean grinder). Love the location of it, too. Quiet at the end of a road with plenty of parking space, but very closely to the supermarket and lifts up the mountains. Also a 5min ride to Serfaus for more stores and lifts. The facilities within the apartment are clean and plenty, multiple bathrooms and a nice tv/living room that can be closed off as well. Outside the apartment - next to the terrace (but not so close you'll be disturbed) is a kids playground which our daughter loved.

It seemed there is centrally regulated heating (floor heating) throughout the entire apartment building. It was a bit too warm for us (dry heat). However if you open a window or 2 it was perfect.

Small gem of a place - ideal for 2 or 3 people.

Property was immaculate, bread delivery each morning a bonus, and convenient for the slopes. Quite compact but well equipped.The property had a nice south facing terrace with marvellous views.

No real way to reduce the heating aside from opening windows. There was no furniture on the terrace to enable one to sit out and enjoy it.

Very spacious and modern apartment

Nice and very large rooms. A very spacious feeling and bathrooms with all the comfort you could need. A very wide view on the mountains, balconies everywhere to enjoy the surroundings and a big garden (easy when you are taking along a dog).

It was a pity that the hot tub was covered in snow

شقتي كانة 166 متر مربع وكان رقمها 4 وفيها اربع غرف واربع دورات مياه في الاعلى وصاله ومطبخ في الاسفل وبلكونات فوق وتحت وثلاجه وغساله صحون وعندهم بطاقات مجانيه لإستخدام التلفريكات لكن الفعاليات مثل السحليقه الصيفيه لابد من دفع الرسوم والاهم من هذا تعامل صاحبه المكان كانت جداً راقيه متعاونه مؤدبه مبادره وكانت تأخذ ملابسنا وتقوم بغسلها دون مقابل .. هي اكبر شقه في قرية Fiss من واقع تجربه .ولها اطلاله جهة الشرق على فيو ساحر …

عدم وجود مغسلة ملابس خاصه فقط عدى ذالك كان كل شي جميل جداً

Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Es gab einen Brötchen Service frisch vom Bäcker, die Kinder durften den grossen Spielplatz vom benachbarten Hotel mitbenutzen. Das Appartement war ebenerdig und direkt am Spielplatz, so das man die Kinder immer im Blick hatte. Wir reisten kurzfristig mit 2 Personen und einem Hund mehr an, das war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Gastgeberin holte noch schnell zusätzliche Decken, Kissen und Handtücher. Die Sauna hatten wir nicht benutzt, aber wir schauten sie uns an und waren überrascht wie schön es im Wellnessbereich ist. Sehr gemütlich und modern und gepflegt. Genauso auch das Appartement, sehr sauber und gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts.
