The remodel and upgrades to the facility really show off. Our apartment was roomy, comfortable and well equipped. The ski and boot storage was a bonus, along with laundry facilities and the restaurant on-site make it easy for families. The short walk to the U-Bahn makes the location really great, plus amazing views.

One of the best places that I have stayed on and it won’t be the last time to visit the hotel and Serfaus.

Everything was exceptional. Their hospitality was more than incredible. The facilities are new and the space is so big compared to the other places that I visited before. Also the summer card that they gave us was more than enough to enjoy all of the activities in Serfaus.

Świetny apartament bardzo blisko metra.

Apartament usytuowany bardzo blisko stacji metra i szybkim dojazdem pod gondolę. Pokój cichy, komfortowy, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Do użytku gości basen wewnętrzny z możliwością wypłynięcia na zewnątrz i oglądania gór. Dodatkowo dostępna sauna. Duży komfort spania. Darmowy parking pod budynkiem. Personel życzliwy, uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Schönes Design und gute Ausstattung

Outdoor Pool Öffnung am Morgen hat nie funktioniert. Das Hallenbad - Boden 5 Tage nicht gereinigt. Tee Zubereitung mit Wasserhahn im Wellness, schlechte Lösung! Wasser ist zuwenig heiss auch wenn man heraus gefunden hat, dass man heizen kann. Infos dazu fehlen.

Casa infinity serfaus

Heel comfortabel app. Lekker warm, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Heel mooi ingericht, lekkere bedden, grote keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Veel ruimte, prachtig uitzicht. Materiaal van hoge kwaliteit. Bent o ij de metro die ja naar de gondels brengt. Kort ritje van 5 min. Loopt zo naar restaurants. Fijn zwembad. Binnen en buiten met elkaar verbonden. Ook een apart gedeelte met sauna voor volwassenen. Is niet groot maar voor ons meer dan genoeg. 1 droge sauna en 1 stoombad en 1 bubbelbad. Je kunt elke dag verse broodjes laten bezorgen door bakker. Er zit in een sushi restaurant bij dat was nu gesloten ivm laag seizoen.

Heel modern en een super mooi appartement. Brand schoon. En wat een rust!

De zwembadtijden mochten wat mij betreft iets ruimer, beneden was een Thais restaurant. Daar moet je van houden. Het is jammer dat je in de avond geen drankje beneden kunt halen bij de bar.

Super ruim, schoon appartement met top faciliteiten! Het zwembad is heerlijk en het ligt op 4 min lopen van de u-banh die je binnen een paar minuten bij de liften brengt. Veel handdoeken en zelfs badjassen bij het apartment!

Niets, wellicht wat kleine touches zoals extra haakjes in de badkamer en evt. wat meer meubilair op het balkon.

Klasse Apartment Hotel in ruhiger Serfaus-Lage nahe U-Bahn

Hammer Apartment-Hotel im Herzen Serfaus mit unglaublichem Blick auf die Berge, fantastischer FeWo mit super geschmackvoller Ausstattung, Pool innen wie außen, Brötchenservice und Sushi/China-Restaurant im Haus. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Ein ganz besonders großes Lob an David, der uns einen Wohnungswechsel ermöglicht hat (wollten nicht direkt neben dem Pool wohnen wegen Lautstärke und direktem Einblick in die Wohnung) und jederzeit Auskunft erteilen konnte zu allem möglichen und das immer super freundlich. Er schmeisst den Laden mit unglaublicher Hingabe, so soll das sein - ein echter Glücksgriff für die Hotelkette! Danke!

Der Wellness-Bereich könnte etwas besser ausgebaut sein mit Fitness oder Anwendungen... aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau 😉

Super verblijf zeer aan te raden.

Super vriendelijke en behulpzame uitbaters. Op nog geen 5min wandelen van de U-bahn (metro) en winkels. Zeer mooi zicht op het lager gelegen gebied van het dorp. Zeer proper en ruim appartement.

Soms in de late avond boven buren die nogal veel over en weer liepen gedurende lange tijd. Maar dat heb je steeds met appartementen. Voor de rest geen negatieve ervaringen.

Heel mooi en ruim appartement met degelijke materialen. Verzorgd en netjes in orde! Elektrische rolluiken aanwezig om het 's nachts donker te maken. Zwembad, sauna, stoombad, jacuzzi... allemaal mooi in orde!

La qualité de l'ensemble et sa situation calme, immeuble neuf, l appartement spacieux et confortable, le welness adultes et le familial avec la piscine intérieure et extérieure, l’accueil parfait et attentionné !

Rien ! Même la machine à café à été remplacée à notre demande en cinq minutes, nous préférons le café filtre au lieu des capsules !
