Large apartment in Serfaus

The Top3 apartement is spacious and big enough for 8 people. Balcony faces south, lovely place to sit outside. The kitchen is well equipped; enough pots and pans to cook for everyone and nice sharp cooking knives. Location is good, parking is fine.

Appartment was not that clean, very dusty, underneath the beds and sofa, given the cleaning fee of €180. The locker for drying skiboots had only space for 4 pairs of boots. I rented an 8 person appartment, but I had to pay €55 per day for the 7th person in my party. This was not mentioned in the advertisement.

Great apartments in a fabulous location!

The location is close to the ski lifts. Great view from the balcony. Large balcony. Comfortable SPA room. Cleanliness everywhere. Away from the main street. Sufficient amount of dishes. Sufficient amount of towels. Freshly renovated. Elevator. Your parking in the building. Good internet. We issued a Summer card (for an additional fee).

The keys are collected in another complex, a 20-minute walk away. If you arrive by bus, you will have to work hard with your suitcases to get to the complex up a steep climb. The apartments did not have even the bare minimum of food ingredients (salt, sugar, tea bags, coffee capsules)

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Serfaus!

The apartment was modern, very clean, well appointed and comfortable

The walk to the ski lift with all your ski clothes/boots was longer than I would like. Without ski gear, it was no problem

Great stay with very friendly hostess.

The location is about 400 metres from the ski lifts which is nice. The appartments look really new and well outfitted. The bathroom is nice, the kitchen is complete. There is a sauna and a steamroom in the complex as well. Parking is under the building so your car (if any) is save as well. The hostess is extremely friendly and asked us after returning from a day with bad weather if we would like to use the sauna because she would turn it on for us, which was a great idea. There is a also a hotel-fridge with beer, sodas and wine for in case you are too lazy to walk to the super market. In the morning you can get freshly baked buns if you sign up for it on the previous day.

The road to the lifts is very steep downhill and obviously steep uphill on the way back. If you have an injury, even these 400 metres can be extremely tough to get through. With respect to the room/appartment, for us it would have been nice wif they would offer to changeout the towels once during the week or maybe clean the floor once during the week. I really have no doubt that they would have no problem with exchanging towels if you ask for it, but it would be nicer if they just offered the possibility.

Skiing in Serfaus for the family

A great place to stay if you really want to enjoy skiing in Serfaus. The apartments are located very close to the ski lifts. However, if you have children or prefer maximum convenience, you can leave your ski equipment directly at the lifts in one of the storage rooms. You can judge the quality of the apartments from the reviews, but I would highlight a few things that might help you decide: - underfloor heating throughout the apartment - covered parking - a well-equipped kitchen so you can cook dinner if you don't feel like eating out - sandwich service so you can order fresh bread to be delivered to your home every morning And also worth mentioning the excellent and very friendly staff, always ready to help.

Beautiful apartment, walking distance from the ski lifts. Great views from the balcony of our apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking garage was perfect. Host was super friendly!!

We really liked the interior of the apartment with modern furniture, a fully equiped kitchen and overall very clean. When we arrived we instantly felt at ease.

Eine wunderbare Woche in Serfaus!

Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und die Küche wurde sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption lief vor Ort reibungslos über Whatsapp. Wir erhielten immer rasch Antwort und unsere Anliegen wurden freundlich und umgehend gelöst. Den Brötchen-Lieferdienst haben wir sehr geschätzt. Den Saubabereich hatten wir oftmals für uns alleine. Gerne wieder!!

Die Lage ist sehr nahe bei den Bahnen, allerdings ist der kurze Weg sehr steil.

Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir hatten das Glück, das wir sogar vor der „normalen“ Zeit einchecken und bereits ins Appartement konnten. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war toll - beim Frühstück konnten wir bereits den Ausblick in die Berge genießen. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist man zu Fuss in der Ortsmitte - zur Unterkunft selber muss man einen kleinen, etwas steileren Berg hinauf / ist aber kein Problem. Unser Hund hat sich auch super wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zentral, sauber und modern

Super nettes Personal. Nach unserer Ankunft wurde der Ladepunkt für unsere E-Bikes direkt eingerichtet. Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und die Lage zur Gondel ein Traum. Der Brötchenservice ist eine sehr schöne Dienstleistung die wir gerne genutzt haben. Zum Frühstück stand alles vor der Tür. Abends waren wir auf der Dachterrasse und haben den Ausblick genossen.

Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und recht nah an der Gondel 🚠 gelegen. Es gibt einen Brötchen-Service, wenn man möchte. Zudem kann man im Keller die Sauna und das Dampfbad genießen.
