Comfortable stay within easy access to the Serfaus, Fiss, Ladis slopes

Spacious bedrooms, working log burner, well equipped kitchen, good use of space, very clean and excellent response rate from the host.

No reading lights near the sofa, only a full on ceiling light, not ideal for more relaxing evenings.

A very convenient location for our travels. The apartment was nice and cosy.

We were told that the check-in was normally at 5 pm which we thought was late. However, we did get in at 4 pm which we felt was still later than it should’ve been.

Clean, well equipped apartment for a family. The surrounding area is beautiful. Beds are comfortable. The living room is spacious. The old couple living there on the ground floor were very kind and friendly.

These were not a problem for us, but I would like to mention some characteristics of the apartment so that others can be aware of them. - It is on the first floor, so it can only be accessed by stairs. - The sounds of the nearby main road can be heard slightly. - The shower can only be used with compromises, as it is located in one of the rooms. Therefore, it is more recommended for families or well-acquainted friends. The toilet, however, is in a separate place.

Very very nice

Very nice location. Very friendly elderly couple that own the building in which the apartment is located. The apartment is on the second floor of the house while the couple live on ground floor. Only messaged with the person that actually rents out the apartment, but she is friendly and helpful. We (3 persons) stayed for only 1 night. Would certainly recommend the apartment and I would certainly stay there again. Austria is beautiful.

If I would have to mention anything: please note the shower is in one of the two bedrooms. This is not a complaint, but someone might find this inconvenient.

Dobra informacja od właściciela ws kodów do pokoju, nie było problemu. Pokoje przestronne, zwłaszcza kuchnia z aneksem. Sprzęt kuchenny kompletny, mikrofalówka, piekarnik, zmywarka.. Można posiedzieć na tarasie jeśli ktoś chce, jest nawet grill. Dużo miejsca, na wyposażeniu gry planszowe dla dzieci, karty itd. Okolica spokojna, w nocy cicho, blisko do autostrady, dojazd bez problemu.

Mały minus - prysznic jest...w jednej z sypialni. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, można się dogadać i podzielić. Sama kabina nowa, wszystko super, tylko to umiejscowienie. Może nie dało rady tego inaczej przerobić, bo to apartament chyba w starszym nieco budynku.

Leider waren keine Terrassen Möbel verfügbar, diese standen bei 26 Grad Ende Mai unter einer Folie versteckt und waren nicht nutzbar, das Apartment war nicht sauber (eine benutze Kaffeetasse stand auf der Heizung im Wohnzimmer, gleich 2 Aschenbecher waren voll), Kamin mit Asche Resten nicht ansehnlich, allgemein könnte die Unterkunft mehr Pflege vertagen

Groß und geräumig. Bis auf den Kamin herum war alles sauber.

Sehr hellhörig zur Wohnung darunter, da nur durch eine dünne Holzwand abgetrennt. Wenig Besteck. Bad im Schlafzimmer modern und ok, aber die Lüftung (im ausgeschalten Zustand) ist bei Wind sehr laut, was beim Schlafen stört. Belag am Balkon löst sich stark ab und sollte ausgetauscht werden.
