Beautiful resort with a relaxing atmosphere, spacious surroundings and excellent facilities. The service was warm and attentive, and the overall environment was very comfortable and peaceful.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. Some areas could benefit from a little more maintenance and updating, but this did not significantly affect my experience.

As expected.
This is my 2nd stay at this facility. On the last day, I lost one of the room keys. The hotel was stingy about it. I already lost and suffer from the lost as I have to wait for.my spouse to comeback to get inside and you still charge me. I know it's very minimum value but, you are a 5 star hotel. I rarely have to return the plastics door key at other 4+ star hotels. I get it that rule is a rule. However, not sure if I want to come back here
