As expected.
This is my 2nd stay at this facility. On the last day, I lost one of the room keys. The hotel was stingy about it. I already lost and suffer from the lost as I have to wait for.my spouse to comeback to get inside and you still charge me. I know it's very minimum value but, you are a 5 star hotel. I rarely have to return the plastics door key at other 4+ star hotels. I get it that rule is a rule. However, not sure if I want to come back here

Massive Beautiful lush green garden , tranquil and very peaceful. Staff are so helpful and polite. Could not fault them. The room are spacious overlooking the green garden. Beautiful relaxing spa massage.
Enjoy our 3 nights stayed.
Breakfast could have been a lot better. Poor variety and freshness. Lack of passion.
Lot of flies inside the Breakfast restaurant and they don't do nothing to prevent the flies.
The room wasn't particularly clean and no hand towels. We had to request one.
