Fantastic location next to Museum Angkut and Jatim Park 2. Amazing million dollars view from our 7th floor room. Staff were brilliant, very polite and helpful. We had dinner at Eskala and the live music was nice.

Very poor breakfast, lack of variety and passion. This is Batu and is famous for it's fresh flowers therefore Shouldn't have any Faux Flowers( Fake Flowers). The whole premises need to be updated. Worn out/dirty carpet and worn out flooring. Also very noisy hotel. People talking loudly on the corridor late at night.

The Breakfast was very delicious and had a lot of varieties.

The location is very strategic

Three at least: 1. I stayed in 7th floor just below the restaurant floor and eventhough it was already closing time of the restaurant, we still hear the sound of moving chair of the staff. 2. The kitchen team should ensure that all the food for breakfast still available until the breakfast closing time. I arrived around 1 hour before closing time and paid the breakfast but some food already empty. The staff said that they are refilling but until I left the refilling foods are not coming. We did not get what we paid for. Very dissapointing. 3. We borrow the iron but it is not clean and half of the ironing base is full with the melted clothes from previous guest. And the non-sticky layer is already ran out. The house keeping team should check first before handed over to the guest and check again when it was return. Maintain the quality is an issue.
