Beautiful hotel with gorgeous mountain views. Great location up on the hill. Very clean, and lovely staff who were very helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet with an enormous variety of both local and western food. We really enjoyed our stay here and will visit again.

comfortable and clean space. good amount of amenities. wide swimming pool area, with kids-friendly warm pool for quick dipping.
- not many staffs on Friday and weekend; resulting in 1) 1hr waiting time to get extra water bottles, 2) 45 mins waiting time to queue for breakfast, 3) almost forgetting to deliver our same day laundry
- did not love infinity8 pasta. aglio but with bolognese and pesto sauce, idk what it was trying to achieve.
- the spa and massage was so so, nothing special despite the hefty price. I requested for milk bath, turns out it was just a bathtub filled with warm water.
