Blue Pearl Hotel - All Inclusive Plus

Staff is amazing - very friendly, from the reception, to all the cooks and kitchen staff, as well as the bartender. Room was nice, beds were very comfy, but the bedrooms felt empty. We wish there was a closet to put our clothes in in the bedrooms. There was one closet to put outerwear in, but no closets in the actual bedrooms, so we had to "live out of suitcases", which is not great. Food was good - in the first days after our check-in the hotel was not very full, so the choice of food was smaller but still enough. Later, once more people started checking-in (at the end of our stay), there were more options. There were lots of veggies and salads, which we appreciated, as not all hotels offer much fresh food. Meat dishes were mostly fine, a lot of them were dry, but each night there was at least one great meat dish, like fried pork loins or sauteed chicken etc. Breakfast choices were good, all the basic foods, nothing fancy, but definitely enough to choose from. The dessert bar was on the smaller side, with not many options, and a lot of them repeated over the course of the week we stayed there, but it was still enough. Additionally, there were a few places to get snacks in the hotel all throughout the day, however, with the hotel not being in season yet, the options were limited. We did enjoy the ice cream bar, though, especially as we were there with a child. The bar was great - cocktails were prepared very simply, but they were quite good, especially because they were included in the price. :) The hotel also had a playroom for small children, which we used a few times - the toys could use a refresh (or at least cleaning/going over) but it was better than nothing. The real MVP of the hotel is the proximity to the sea - you can literally walk to the water in 30 seconds. Overall - a really great stay, and I would recommend it to others!

The bathrooms were a little dirty when we checked in (especially the toilet and sink).

Location was good, right on the beach. Staff were superb. Especially the barman and the entertainment girls were good and the girl on reception. Drinks were great from the all inclusive.

Need more loungers on the beach, need the music by the pool either louder or off as was just background noise which was a bit annoying. We didn’t like the food.

Beachfront hotel, The food we liked, We got the top floor of the hotel, which allowed us to sleep peacefully without any noise and enjoy a stunning sea view – we really liked that

The hotel is outdated and definitely in need of renovation, The staff still has a lot of room for improvement. In the restaurant, one waiter criticized my dress for not covering my shoulders, even though there were women wearing see-through clothes—seemed like he had nothing better to do. The receptionist didn’t inform us about the beach card rules—we had to go to reception every single day to pick up and return the cards, even though everyone was already wearing wristbands. That was really tiring. Also, we were on holiday with our little daughter, and nowhere was it mentioned that we’d have to pay extra for a beach lounger for her, even though most of the loungers were empty anyway.

Location was great. Right next to the water.

Staff was definitely not welcoming it and not friendly. They act like they didn't want us there. No help when we asked questions. I don't know if it was the language barrier but they seemed as they did not care. However the kitchen staff they were amazing
