Locație excelentă,personal foarte amabil,gazde primitoare.
Am fost întâmpinați la recepție cu atenție deosebită!
Deoarece camera repartizată nu avea vedere la mare,s-a făcut o altă repartizare într-o altă cameră, așa cum am dorit noi.
Singurul minus, pentru noi,care suntem fumători,a fost lipsa scrumierelor pe mesele de pe terasă.
Alte minusuri nu am constatat.

The room was very clean, the room is cleaned every day. The hotel is in the centre of Sunny Beach and there are full of shops around it. The animators are excellent and the food is really delicious and the kitchen staff is friendly. Also the restaurant is hygenic.
The hotel doesn’t have sunbeds at the beach, you should hire.

location fab right on beach just along from main strip etc & shops & bars right out the front door, comfortable beds, spacious room & nice bathroom.
food is decent but small selection & very the same every day.
DANCE MUSIC BLARING IN THE DINING HALL FROM 7am IN THE MORNING!!!!!!!! during breakfast Lunch & dinner..absolute joke.. Our room was on first floor & it was banging through the room constantly. The same songs on repeat really loud bellowing out of the restaurant but not one peep of music or atmosphere around the pool during the day! kept having to ask for it to be turned down then sure enough next day 7AM you are woken up to the BANGING music AGAIN!! Not what you want when you’re on holiday.
We went at the end of season so things are starting to shut down but you can party in the dining hall.. how odd!!!!! (and infuriating)
Room didn’t appear to be cleaned throughout our 4 night stay, toilet roll wasn’t replenished, we had to keep asking for it.
Could barely get a smile out of most of the staff but possibly because it’s the end of season
