Meliá Sunny Beach All Inclusive

We liked everything at this hotel, the staff, the food, the facilities, anything you could ask for was there and more! The staff are real attentive, we asked for the iron we have got iron and ironing board, we asked if we could get the scales to weigh our luggage and we got that too. Cleaning ladies are very nice! We felt very safe, it was really clean everywhere, very close to the beach with a free beach access exclusively for Melia guests. Lovely evening entertainment every night, activities for all the family. All in all 10 out of 10.

The beds and the pillows were not something we are used to at home, but it is not a complain I guess...

For the high number of tourists which the property accommodates, they are very well organized. You have staff dedicated to keep the premises & restaurant, tidy and well organized. The evening entertainment has got to be one of the best I have seen yet, very enjoyable, with a lot of variety and also a focus on children for the first part of the shows. I also liked the speakers in the bathroom, it was nice to listen to that ambient music throughout the day.

Food was tasty, there was some variety pretty much everyday. The desserts could be elevated a little bit, the majority had a little bit too much cream in all possible colors. I would recommend perhaps reduce the variety and focus on making them tasty. From my 7 nights stay, I only enjoyed the chocolate fountain night, but the doughs were a bit hard, the chocolate did not manage to make them softer. Only 2 out of the 3 lifts were working which made the waiting times a bit long during meal times, but maybe it was just a timing thing when we got there and the issue had already been reported and was waiting a fix.

Its not an all inclusive, between the hours of 4-5 their is no food, only tea and biscuits, once the snack bar closes at 4 ,there is no food til dinner. The beds are very low to the floor, had to ask for extra mattresses and pillows.
