Overall, my stay was okay, but there were several disappointing aspects.
The hotel's location is great and very convenient, which was the main positive point.
However, the elevators were extremely slow. I was also charged €6.50 for a lost towel card, which felt unnecessary. In addition, the hotel only replaces room towels once a day, even if you specifically request clean ones.
The biggest disappointment was the room upgrade. I traveled with three friends, and we booked two rooms under separate reservations. My friends were upgraded to rooms with balconies, while we were not. When I asked if we could also be upgraded, I was told it wasn't possible. This felt unfair and left a bitter taste during our vacation.
Overall, the hotel is decent because of its excellent location, but these issues negatively affected my experience.

Great rooms , bathroom clean , shower head fell off and battery for tv remote flat , breakfast was varied but beans, mushrooms , cold , eggs tasteless , no sausages available, bacon ok , everything came separately on different plates at different times which was not great , close to beach but to early in season for anything open

The room was outdated but the rest of the hotel was OK. Nothing special but location was convenient and breakfast was slightly better than average.
