Very simple overpriced hotel, will give almost everything what tourist need.

For the price was no kitchen or microwave. Was tea/coffee facility (great, super) and I stayed 3 nights, but there was only TWO sachets with coffee and was no water for kettle. Also for the price was no any shampoo. Total score 6+ If would be cheaper I would give 8

No air conditioning, given the fact we had the only window appearing on pretty busy street even during the night, sleeping was almost impossible. Either you have no air or get super noisy environment. Ladder isn't for large suitcases Bath facilities are outdated, even though working fine

Good standard hotel, not too distant from Gdansk Center

No breakfast included, but the hotel was co-located next to an outstanding Chinese restaurant. The hotel room was very adequate, standard. No complaints. Quite well-located along tram lines.

Everything was adequate. Fine. Sometimes, it would be nice to have personal contact with the hotel owners or staff. Sometimes one needs assistance for travel or medical advice and there is no resource.

Great value for money!

The location was ideal, very close to a tram station and a short walk from Gdansk Glowna. Room size was great, fan in the room and WiFi. Fob worked and access to the rooms was easy. Shop nearby and a small restaurant downstairs serving great, affordable food. Staff were very polite and helpful. Overall, this hotel was excellent value for money.

Room was quite dusty, skin was irritated although I do have eczema.

Floor and bed cover dirty. Wardrobe dusty inside. Tobacco stench in the room. The owners arrogant and unwilling to help when I could not leave the on-site parking lot (the parking card given to me did not open the gate). Instead, they suggested that I pay a large parking fee (parking was included in the price) so that I could drive out. I'm still not sure if they were simply unwilling to help or wanted to extort an extra payment.

Close to the Gdańsk main square. 15min walk. Located around nice big park. Good Chinese restaurant next to the resort.

Can be quite noisy as the tram lane is next to the building.

It's ok

Price and location

1. There was only 1 small blanket and 1 pillow. I was traveling solo, but the bed was double. Usually hotels give 2 blankets and 2 pillows if a bed is double. Also the blanket was too small for me and I had to use a bed cover. 2. There is a tram line right before the hotel. I was awakened at about 5 a.m. due to tram noise.

Our room was bigger than we expected. The location is fantastic and the Chinese restaurant downstairs it's awesome. Very good price related to other prices in Gdansk, also considering the building is 10/15 minutes walking to the city center.

The bed was close to the floor and for me was quite uncomfortable. But this is a personal problem.

Sylwester w Gdańsku

Spędziłam jedną noc w Sylwestra. Świetna lokalizacja blisko dworca głównego. Czystość, komfort, wystrój pokoju.. W pokoju jest czajnik, kawa i herbata oraz dodatkowy koc. W łazience suszarka i czyste ręczniki. Polecam ten hotel :)

W pokoju nr 1 nie działał telewizor ale nie wpływa to na moją pozytywną ocenę:)

Avstånd till Villa Lido från Gdansk Glowny är 1,5 km INTE 50 m, som anges i Bookingannonsen! Trots denna falska marknadsföring var rummet hyfsat.

Saknades glas/tandborstmuggar. Ett påslakan var mycket trasigt. Felaktig information om avstånd på Booking. Det dåliga läget.

Niestety nie doszło do pobytu z powodu zbyt nieskiej temperatury w pokoju.

Lokalizacja i czystość pokoju

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji i czysty, więc na początku zapowiadało się naprawdę dobrze. Niestety pobyt skończył się rozczarowaniem. Już po godzinie pobytu zgłosiłam właścicielowi, że w pokoju jest zimno. Po kilku godzinach ponownie to zgłosiłam, bo sytuacja nie uległa poprawie. Właściciel przyjechał, twierdząc, że ustawił piec i będzie cieplej, ale mimo to minęła kolejna godzina i wciąż było zimno. Z małym dzieckiem nie mogłam zostać w takich warunkach, więc musiałam opuścić hotel. Niestety, na drugi dzień moje dziecko dostało kataru i kaszlu. Po prośbie o zwrot kosztów po niezrealizowanym pobycie nie z mojej winy właściciel stwierdził ze było 21 stopni, a potem 23 stopnie i zignorował moją prośbę. Niestety nie zgadzam się z tym, w ogóle nie było czuć tej temperatury. Bardzo mi przykro że niestety tak się stało, bo miejsce ma duży potencjał, ale ogrzewanie zdecydowanie wymaga poprawy. Dodam że pani na recepcji wiedziała że jesteśmy po szpitalu z dzieckiem i niestety tak zimną temperatura w pokoju jest nie do pomyślenia.

Amplia habitación en una zona tranquila

Habitación muy amplia y con una cama inmensa aunque el sofá cama para mí hija dejaba mucho que desear el resto bien en una zona tranquila y parking al lado gratuito.

Estaba un poco alejado del centro aunque si te gusta caminar como era nuestro caso no es problema, unos 15 min. a pie, lo peor fue que teníamos dos habitaciones y una se la cobraron por tarjeta y la otra supuestamente no se la podían cobrar por una fallo y querían cobrarlo en metálico así que estuvieron todo el día hablándonos por wassap para ver cuando podíamos quedar y evidente si estás de turismo no pensábamos volver al apartamento hasta la noche, al final como no pudo ser, se lo cobraron de la tarjeta pero a nosotros nos tuvo todo el día intentando que lo hiciéramos a su manera.
